We don't have tolerate and put up with sub-par quality lyrics. As for Yelly going indie or releasing small projects, you may get your wish on that one (if it isn't already happening).
As for Carrie having fashion sense. I think it all boils down to Carrie changing in a positive way. This introvert came out of her shell, discovered that she could actually care how she looks, her fans feel that and in turn, may help them improve on their own self confidence. They see how Carrie can be a positive role model, finishing up her college degree, taking care of herself and also knowing the seperation between Carrie the performer/celebrity and Carrie the person. She's still the same Carrie.
Now, on the other hand we have Yelly. Since idol, she's gained wieght. Her fashion sense hasn't improved or shall we say, is worse than before she became a celebrity. She's also discovered that alcohol and marijuana is her best friend. Speaking of best friend, I'm not sure if she still keeps in touch with Jess or Ashley, but she's found some new employees to go spend her money with at Koi and other eating establishments. She does seem to frequent eating establishments lately, hmmmm...
Carrie will be starting her overseas debut at some point in time soon many more international fans will discover her talent as a great singer/role model. They've had to put up with faux singers such as Yelly Belly for the last couple of years and it will be refreshing to show case some of America's REAL talent.
Another proof of Carrie's talent being real is that we have losers like ENVY who hate Carrie but will go to see her in concert, spending precious dollars for obviously what she sees as value returned. You'll never find anyone who's ears work or doesn't have any hearing problem and can recognize true talent attending a Yelly concert because they know they will walk out of concert shaking their head saying "What the fuck was that screaming? What happened to her voice" or "Where can I get a refund?"
I'm looking foward to you making that sign Envy so I can watch on the news your ass getting kicked! Why not just wear a sign around you neck saying "Yelly fantard here!"
Carrie won the best female vocalist this year in europe or it was some international award
So they already know she is good
then again she's bi-polar so maybe her other side will go to the concert and she would have a great time
