Not in this lifetime. Tipsy would land the plane just like the pilot in NYC.

Tipsy's the 4th match on Court 5, today... they're in the 1st set of the second match (men), with the following match a women's match... so I'd
ballpark guess it'd be kicking off about 2.5 - 3 hours from now.
The damn feeds at Justin keep giving out, today... |

I used to go to the Open the first Tuesday and Friday when I lived in Melbourne. It's a great spectacle. I made sure I went to as many matches of Americans
that I could. I loved to watch Todd Martin, especially after he made the Mens Final in 1994. All class. I also loved watching Lindsay Davenport who made the
quarter finals that year. What a HUGE woman. Very popular with the Aussie crowd.
Hopefully I'll be back in Melbourne next year to resume my interest in tennis. |

Undertakeress, just curious what you felt about her toss?
I personally felt they were a bit excessive and distracting. How can you be set if you never know if the ball is coming.. Way worse than Mary Pierce and the show tying! IMHO. |

I didn't watch much of the match cause of the football game, but it didn't look that bad. Heck, if she needs to toss it high, let her

commentators on espn were saying it reached the point of gamesmanship.. it became a pattern where she let almost every first toss drop.. then hit the second
toss regardless... very hodgepodge. I never really noticed something like it before. I found it more distracting than grunting and the delays for retying
shoes. Was just curious.

Oh, well that is a gamesmenship issue. Very distracting. But there's also things like shuffling your feet when you're receiving to make noise to
distract the server.

Baghdatis wins in straight sets! I think he's got a good shot to beat Soderling.

Damn, that was monstrous!! Muller wins, 16-14 in the 5th, in the longest (time-wise) match in AO history - 5 hours, 34 minutes, beating the old record by more
than 25 minutes.
The temperature there today is in the low 90's. |

Tipsy just took the 3rd set to take a 2-1 lead (he should win, given that his opponent's ranked about 20 slots
below him).
Dellacqua just broke Daniela, and is serving for the set... but she's had a break two other times in the set, only to choke it away. |

Janko Tipsarevic. He nearly beat Federer at last year's Aussie open and I fell in love with him.
