Regardless, I'm sure if it was the other way around, and Anya was stomping and bouncing around all over the place, and Whitney was the slightly stiff one,
I'm sure they would've praised Whitney as professional, and criticized Anya for being tacky. Nothing that happened last night had anything to do with
the outcome. Whole panel was just a bunch of ridiculous doublespeak justifying the Whitney win, which they essentially rationalized as "she does have some
sort of flawed personality and if she lets it out then maybe someday she might be good."

Whitney was.

I don't know anything about fashion but how can Donatela Versace use the Versace name since Versace was Gianni. Are her clothes anything like his or is it a family brand? Isn't it like saying you own a Picasso when it's a Billy Picasso not a Pablo. |

True. And I think both of them would have done those same walks had it been any other designer. |

Most labels are "names" done by other people.
As for what is appropriate for Versace, that's what youtube is for. http://youtube.com/watch?v=y64b9uy3oSs Not so stompy! |

What I do think was Anya's lifeless boring walk made it a lot easier for the judges to favor Whitney. It was Anya's contest to lose, she choked during the last challenge. The CG pic was hideous, but we can't use that because one may think that could be sabotaged by Tyrant, but the walk is all her fault; and the CG commercial was not as good as Whitney's (once again her fault). She broke down crying before the commercial shoot. Gurl couldn't handle the pressure and destroyed her unicorn and rainbow world she lives in. |

No Versace would have wanted their models to plow down a runway like an elephant. My glass of water literally vibrated with every step she took like some
creature from Jurassic Park.

ericartman wrote: I don't know much either - but they refer to most brands as House of Something, since lots of the original designers are dead, like Coco Chanel. And
the House just tries to retain certain recognizable staples of the types of designs that made it famous while trying to be avant-garde.
Back to what is appropriate for a Versace show - Donatella is one of the few designers who uses celebrities like *vomit* Lindsay Lohan to promote her designs, so really, the bar ain't set too high on this one.

Well, well, well. Seems Whitney was yet another manufactured winner.

Well at least this runway show was much better than the crazy shit during C7.
BTW, how do I do spoiler tags? |

Thanks HoboKitty.
Even without Anya losing, this whole cycle was disappointing. ANTM is going down. |
