I definitely want to read them but I think you should decide what is best for you as to how and when you post each

I'll post them when I'm finished with them all. I hope to have them done by the end of the month
summer year, and I finished Leg 4 just a few minutes ago. I'll keep you posted on when I finished
things.

If it's possible, could I get your guy's opinions on who you like, who you don't like, who you thinks gonna win, etc? It'd humor me, comparing
your thoughts with what I've got written. =)

Episode Three
Hi-Hi Super Happy Fun Dress Up Pretty Princess Time Go! Phil: This is Quebec City, Canada, the capital of the province of Quebec and the largest French-speaking city in North America. It is also the second pit stop in a race around the world. Ten teams arrived here. They have no idea where they are heading next. With their powers of U-Turn and Yield both already gone this early in the race, what tricks, if any, will Erica and Isela use to stay in the race? And will Martha and Lois, their latest victims, succumb to the Speed Bump? Escher and Abbey, who were the first team to arrive at 11:29 AM, will depart at 11:29 PM. Escher: Fly to Tokyo, Japan! Abbey: Really?! Teams must now fly to Tokyo Japan. Once they arrive, they must take a marked car to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building Number One where they must take a number from the stand outside the building. Inside the skyscraper, a secretary at the front desk will hand them their next clue. Abbey: Oh, I'm so excited! I love Tokyo. Interview: Escher: It's insane just how great we did last leg. We went from the bottom to the top. There is no better feeling than this. Abbey: We've just got to keep our pace well. I'm not worried about this. *laughter* ------------------------------------- Abbey: You have $45.00 for this leg of the race. Escher: Let's go. Abbey: Taxi! Escher and Abbey get in a taxi and are now en route to the airport. Escher: We'll probably lose our lead, it being so late. Taxi Driver: Airport…on your left. Abbey: Stop, please. Thank you. Abbey and her brother walk into the airport. Escher: Hello. I need two tickets to Tokyo, Japan. Ticket vendor: Yes…um…the next flight out isn't until tomorrow morning, 6:00 AM, and it doesn't arrive in Tokyo until 3:10 PM the day after tomorrow. Escher: Are you sure? That's the first flight out?! Abbey: This is very, very important. We have to get to Japan as soon as possible. Ticket vendor: I am sorry, but that's the only flight available. Escher: Okay, if you're sure. Two tickets, please. Abbey: Do you think we should check, maybe, like, the Internet or something? Escher: Good idea. Nevermind on the tickets…for now, at least. We might be back. Ticket Vendor: Good luck. Escher: What if… Abbey: What? Escher: What if we fly to Los Angeles? There's flights there we can catch that'll get us in, and we'll get there a day ahead of everyone else! It's amazing. Abbey: Escher, you're a genius! Escher: Hi, we're back. Ticket vendor: You want those tickets now? Escher: Actually, we'd like two tickets to Los Angeles, for the 2:45 flight, please. Ticket vendor: Hmm…okay. You are the last two on the flight. Lucky you. Abbey: Tell us about it. Shayne and Katie open their clue, 1:43 AM. Katie: Fly to Tokyo, Japan. Shayne: This should be exciting. Interview: Shayne: I can already tell that Katie and I have bonded. We really lost touch after Katie joined the military, and that also shows, especially last leg. We got in a fight last leg, at the Detour… FLASHBACK: Katie: If you aren't going to do anything at all, just sit there and look pretty! Shayne: Just tell me what to do and I'll do it! Katie: But it's okay. We won't let that happen again. ------------------------ Zeke and Chauncy open their clue, 1: 44 AM. Zeke: Fly to Tokyo. Chauncy: Forty-five? Zeke: Forty-five. Let's roll! Interview: Chauncy: This whole thing, is, of course, amazing. Already, we've been met so many interesting people, done so many interesting things… Zeke: …ridden so many awesome roller coasters… Chauncy: …ridden so many amazing girls in that crowd… *laughter* -------------------------------- Kimber and Justin open their clue, 1:45 AM Kimber: …Tokyo, Japan. You have $45.00 for this leg of the race. Justin: Cool. Let's get moving! Kimber and Justin, Zeke and Chauncy, and Shayne and Katie all take a bus together to the airport. Shayne: Let's find Escher and Abbey, then we'll get tickets. Katie: You don't think we should get tickets first? Shayne: Well…they might know what to do already. Katie: We need to get tickets. Shayne: We need to not fight. Let's get the tickets. Zeke: Hello, can I get the quickest flight to Tokyo, please? All three teams that arrived together now have tickets for the 6:00 AM flight. During the Pit Stop, Katherine had her leg looked at. After some basic first aid and plenty of rest, she has recovered from her injury. Katherine and Phillip open their clue at 2:03 AM. Phillip: Fly to…oh, my God! Katherine: What? What? Phillip: We're going to Japan!!! Katherine: Really?! Holy sh-t! Wow! Interview: Phillip: I'm in love with everything having to do with Japan. The culture, the fashion, the people…it's all…just…just wow! Katherine: If Phillip doesn't get distracted, we'll do fine. *laughter* ----------------------------------------------- Phillip: The Japanese better watch out! Phillip Merron is coming to Tokyo! Katherine and Phillip hail a taxi to the airport and buy tickets for the flight to Japan. Katherine: You guys are all here, too? Oh, wow… Escher: Yeah. We got an amazing flight we have to board in about thirty minutes. We'll get there tomorrow afternoon. Phillip: Oh, wow…you guys are lucky. The plane we're on…I think everyone's gonna get on that one. Except for you two, of course. Even treading. Abbey: Not for Martha and Lois. I feel so bad for them. Zeke: Yeah, man…they are two really cool ladies…unlike Erica and Isela. Justin: I know! They're mean to everyone. That's not how you play this game. It's just gonna come back and bite you in the ass. I guarentee it. Escher: Well, we have to go. Good luck, guys. Escher and Abbey board their flight to Los Angeles. Dan and Mary open their clue, 2:11 AM. Mary: Fly to Tokyo, Japan… Dan: Oh…I hate Japan. It's way too busy…and the people kind of smell funny. Mary: It must be all the dog they eat or something. Dan: Well, let's go. I don't see any taxis around. Should we hoof it to the bus station? Mary: Yeah… Erica and Isela open their clue, 2:39 AM. Interview: Erica: We're so pissed that we didn't get Martha and Lois eliminated. I can't believe we wasted our Yield on a non-elimination leg. That's so messed up! Isela: We can't U-Turn or Yield anyone anymore, so we just have to rely on our natural graces to get us through. Erica and Isela look at each other and start laughing. Erica: Natural graces? Damn, girl… Erica: Fly to Tokyo, Japan. Isela: Oh, that sounds like it'll be fun, right? Erica: Yeah. Let's get a move on. There's a cab! Erica and Isela drive off in a taxi, leaving Dan and Mary at the bus station. Keith and Brittany open their clue, 2:42 AM. Brittany: Fly to Antarctica. Keith: What? Brittany: Just kidding, it's Japan! Keith: You had me all excited! *laughter* Brittany: Let's go to the bus station. Keith and Brittany arrive at the bus station and board a bus with Dan and Mary. Mary: You two make such a cute couple, always having fun. Keith: Oh, we aren't going out. Dan: You aren't? Keith: No. I'm gay. *laughter* Mary: What? Dan: …oh. Keith: Is that a problem? Mary: Well…I guess not. Brittany: What do you mean, you guess not? Keith: It's okay, Brittany… Brittany: No, it's not. If they're gonna be stupid like that… Dan: Excuse me?! Brittany: Nothing. Come on Keith, let's go sit over there. The two bickering teams arrive at the airport, just as Sarah and Amber open their clue, 2:58 AM. Sarah: Fly to Tokyo, Japan. Amber: I love Japan! Sarah: Me too! Let's hurry. I don't want to be last this time. Sarah and Amber catch a taxi to the airport. Martha and Lois open their clue, 3:12 AM. Martha: Fly to Tokyo, Japan. You have forty-five dollars for this leg of the race. Interview: Martha: We're really worried. We never thought we'd be doing so bad, especially after such a good start. FLASHBACK: Phil: Martha and Lois, you are team number four! Lois: What?! Haha! We rock! Lois: We just gotta pick up our pace, and watch out for this Speed Bump. ----------------------------- Martha: I've always wanted to go to Tokyo. Let's get a cab, hurry! All teams, with the exception of Abbey and Escher, are boarding the 6:00 AM flight to Tokyo, via Newark International Airport, which is scheduled to arrive in Tokyo Wednesday at 3:10 PM. Escher and Abbey's flight, which connects in Los Angeles, arrives in Tokyo a day earlier, at 3:45 PM. Escher and Abbey arrive in Tokyo. Escher: Oh, my God, this is incredible. Abbey: It is…but we need to hurry. *laugh* Escher: Oh, yeah…almost forgot we were racing. Abbey and Escher drive to the Metropolitan Building Number One. Or at least, they attempt to. Escher: Oh, sh-t! Abbey: What the Hell, dude? Tokyo drivers are insane! *laughter* Escher: Abbey, I'm kind of freaked out right now. It isn't the time for laughing. I don't like driving here. Abbey: Do you want to switch? Escher: When we get to the building. Wherever it is. Everything's in Japanese! Abbey: Well, then let's stop and ask for directions. They do that, and arrive at the Building a few minutes later, taking the number one off the stand. Abbey: Inside! Come on. Escher: Hi! I need a clue, please. Secretary: There you go. Have a nice day. Abbey: It's a Detour. In this Detour, teams must simply get to the top of the building. What makes this a Detour is how they choose to do it, Short Climb…or Long Walk.
In Short Climb, teams must exit the building and go to the side of it. Then, they must put on equipment and climb up the side of Tokyo Metropolitan Building One. Once they reach the top, they can find their next clue. There are six available climbing stations, three on the west side, and three on the north side of the building. These stations are first come, first serve.
In Long Walk, teams must traverse the buildings many flights of stairs to reach the roof, where they will find their next clue. Escher: We're climbing, right? Abbey: Duh. Escher and Abbey don their protective gear and begin to climb the wall. Abbey: This is insane! Escher: Just like everything else here? *laughter* Escher reaches the top, but Abbey is having trouble. Abbey: I can't do this, Escher! Escher: Yes you can, I know you've got it in you, Abbey. Abbey, with difficulty, makes it over the top of the building. The siblings open the clue box. Abbey: Drive yourselves to Kokyo.
Teams must now drive themselves to Kokyo, the summer palace of the Emperor of Japan. Once there, they must search the flower garden for their next clue. Abbey: I'm driving this time. You are not to be trusted behind the wheel in big cities, Escher. Escher: Oh, shut up. *laughter* In Newark, the teams are deep in conversation over Erica and Isela, who are currently asleep. Shayne: I think we should just do whatever we can to get them in last place. Kimber: I agree. They've done nothing good to anyone, and it's time for them to go. Sarah: But what about, like, karma? Justin: Karma? They've got enough bad karma for all of us here. One little transgression is nothing. Sarah: Okay… Amber: Sarah. They deserve to lose. Sarah: I know, but why should we be the ones to do it? Can't they just lose at their own hands? Phillip: I agree. You all do what you want, but I don't want to deliberately try to make a team lose. Katherine: That'd be stooping to their level. Back in Tokyo, Escher and Abbey reach the palace. Abbey: There. That wasn't so bad, was it? Escher: Don't rub it in. *laughter* Abbey: Let's find the clue. Did it say where it was? Escher: The flower garden. How are we going to find it? Abbey: I don't know. This place is huge! Escher and Abbey eventually find their clue. Abbey: Oh…there's Martha and Lois' Speed Bump. Poor old bats. Abbey jokingly hugs the Speed Bump sign, which is already affixed with Martha and Lois' picture, and she and Escher read their clue. Escher: Drive yourselves to Hara…Hara…juku? Harajuku Station? Teams must now drive to Harajuku station, a train station in Japan famous for the bizarre fashion scene that has arisen from it, and made popular by pop singer Gwen Stefani. There, they will find their next clue. Abbey: I've heard of it before…in a song? Escher: Harajuku…Harajuku girls? Abbey: That's it! Those Asian girls that follow Gwen Stefani around! Escher: Her slaves? Yeah, that's right! Oh, damn. We're gonna have to dress like one of them probably. *laugh* Hi-Hi Super Happy Fun Dress Up Pretty Princess Time Go! Abbey laughs as they drive through the crowded streets of Tokyo towards the train station. Abbey: We're here. Let's find the clue. Escher: These girl's dresses…it's crazy. Oh! There's the clue, up there! Abbey: Roadblock: Who's got a good sense in fashion? I think you were right, Escher… In this Roadblock, teams must take on the fashion industry of Tokyo head on. Five of the girls walking through the train station is wearing a dress made out of material the same color as a clue envelope, and each of those girls only has two clues. Of course, there are dozens of girls here, many dressed in yellow, and finding a girl dressed in yellow and red, with a clue sewn on her dress, among the rainbow of colors could be next to impossible, but a team member with a good eye might be able to find her. Escher: Fashion? Do you want me to do it? I hope I don't have to dress up. Abbey: Yes, you're doing it. I did the last Roadblock. Escher: Okay. What do I have to do? Escher reads the clue and goes into the crowd of elaborately dressed women. Abbey: Take your time, Escher, we literally have all day! Escher: I'm going to need all day. Abbey: Is it that hard? Escher: This is insane! I can't find this damn girl! Abbey: Keep at it. There's really nothing I can do to help you. Yuki: 2 Clues Tetsune: 2 Clues Mahiru: 2 Clues Rei: 2 Clues Akino: 2 Clues Some time passes. Escher: Hello. I think you have something of mine? Rei giggles and hands Escher a clue out of her handbag. Escher: I got it! Abbey: Kick ass, Escher! Hurry up! Escher %*#@! open the clue once he escapes the well-dressed horde. Escher: Drive to the Pit Stop! Teams must now drive themselves to Tokyo Tower. At the top of the tower is the Pit Stop for this leg of the race. Escher: Tokyo Tower. Abbey: Let's hurry. We're so close to first again, I can almost taste it! Escher and Abbey find Tokyo Tower. Escher: It's so big! Abbey: That's what she said. The brother and sister laugh their way up the stairs to the Pit Stop, where Phil stands expectantly. Phil: Escher and Abbey…you are team number one! (6:02 PM, Tuesday.) Abbey: Yes! Yes! Yes! Escher: Hot damn, sister! Phil: For coming in first on this leg of the race, you have both won a trip for the two of you to the Serengeti to engage on an African safari tour. Escher: No way! That's incredible. Abbey: Thank you so much! The next day, the nine remaining teams arrive in Tokyo. Kimber: We have to find the cars! Katie: Shayne! This way! All the teams run at a fast pace to their parked cars. Current Order: 2nd: Kimber and Justin 3rd: Zeke and Chauncy 4th: Phillip and Katherine 5th: Martha and Lois 6th: Erica and Isela 7th: Sarah and Amber 8th: Dan and Mary 9th: Keith and Brittany 10th: Shayne and Katie Keith: I can't do this! The driving here is insane. Brittany: Chill out. We've got to get to this building. Martha: Lois, we have to hurry. The quicker we get there, the quicker we can do the Speed Bump when we find it. Phillip: Japan! Oh, my God! This is great! Katherine: Phillip, quiet. I'm trying to drive in this hectic traffic. Zeke: Man, there are so many people here, I love it! Chauncy: I could totally dig it here. It's awesome. Dan: God, there are way too many people here. Mary: And you were right about the smell…it smells like…I don't know, but I don't like it. Let's get out of here as soon as possible. The teams begin to arrive at the Metropolitan Building. Phillip: Is this it? Let's hurry! Phillip and Katherine take number 2. Secretary: Here is your clue. Katherine: Short climb or long walk…well, that's certainly a toughie. Let's get climbing. Phillip: Your leg… Katherine: …my leg is fine, Phillip. Don't worry. Phillip and Katherine begin Short Climb as other teams begin to arrive. Zeke and Chauncy take number 3. Zeke: Short climb? Chauncy: Yeah. I've had enough of stairs in Cincinnati. Kimber and Justin take number 4. Kimber: Do you think we should do the climbing one? Justin: Yeah. I think that one would be better. Kimber and Justin and Chauncy and Zeke begin the Detour, taking up the first three stations along with Phillip and Katherine. Phillip: How're you doing, Katherine? Katherine: I'm doing fine! Just keep going! Martha: There it is! I see other teams. Lois: Okay, let's get the clue. Martha and Lois take number 5. Martha: Climb, right? Do you think we can do it? Lois: We have to. Do you see how tall this place is? Let's find a climbing station. Martha and Lois begin their climb up the tower. Erica and Isela arrive and take number 6. Erica: It's a Detour….but all the stations have been filled. Should we wait? Isela: No. We need to do the stairs. It'll be quicker than waiting for these guys. Erica and Isela go back in the building and begin climbing the stairs, just as Phillip and Katherine complete the Detour. Phillip: Go to Kokyo. I know what that is! That's the emperor's summer palace. Let's hurry! Katherine: Okay. Come on. Phillip and Katherine make their way down the building as other teams arrive at the tower. All teams aside from Erica and Isela (Keith and Brittany: 7, Shayne and Katie: 8, Dan and Mary: 9, Sarah and Amber: 10) decide to climb the Metropolitan Tower One. Zeke: Chauncy, man…I'm having trouble. Chauncy: Hurry up. I'm almost at the top. You can do it, dude! Zeke: This is really hard! Other teams excel. Kimber: Whew! This is amazing! Justin: I know! Come on, let's go get our clue. Martha: Almost there, Lois. This is easier than I thought it would be. Lois: Good. We're both up. Let's go. Shayne and Katie, Keith and Brittany, and Dan and Mary take the places of Phillip and Katherine, Kimber and Justin, and Martha and Lois, respectively. Shayne: This is easy, right, Katie? Katie: I do this all the time when I'm training. It's a piece of cake. Pull yourself up with your shoulders. Shayne: I got it, I got it! Katie: Hurry! Keith: Brittany, this is awesome. Brittany: I know. I'll race you! Keith: Girl, don't even start! Dan: Let's get this over with… Mary: I hate it here. It's noisy. And loud. And I hate it. Dan: Okay. Come on, let's get to the top, then we can get out of Japan. Phillip and Katherine and Martha and Lois emerge from the building out onto the crowded Tokyo streets. Martha and Lois, who parked closer to the buidling, leave for Kokyo first. Martha: Drive! We have to get there, fast. I feel the Speed Bump's a-coming. Lois: I know. Kokyo, Kokyo…what is that? Martha: I don't know! Stop and ask someone! Phillip: Okay, we're going. I know what this is, and that gives us the advantage. Katherine: Do you know how to get there? Phillip: We'll stop and ask someone. Here… Phillip: Sir! English? Man: … Phillip: Madam! Do you speak English? Woman: No… Katherine: Oh, this is great…excuse me, does anyone speak English? Man: Yes, I do! What do you need? Katherine: Can you tell us how to get to the Emperor's Summer Palace, Kokyo? Man: It's right that way, about twenty, thirty minute? Phillip: Thank you so much! Phillip and Katherine drive off, but Martha and Lois is still ahead of them. Martha: There's the palace, look! Lois: Oh, shoot! That's the Speed Bump sign. Martha: Okay, let's just get it over with…take a tour… Martha and Lois, who arrived in last place on the previous leg, must now complete the Tokyo Speed Bump Challenge. They must take a guided and time-consuming tour through the Imperial Palace. Once the tour is complete, they will receive their next clue. Lois: …at least we don't have to do anything really physical? Martha: Let's find a tour guide…oh, there's one…with a large crowd. Oh, we aren't with the rest of the group. Lois: This could get really bad, really fast. Let's hurry! Martha and Lois follow the tour group as they begin the tour. Phillip and Katherine arrive at the palace. Phillip: Drive yourselves to Harajuku station to find your next clue. Katherine: Okay, back in the car. We got this! Back at the Detour. Chauncy: Come on, Zeke. You aren't even halfway up. We can switch Detours. Zeke: No! I'm not quitting! Chauncy: Please hurry up, dude. Erica: Are we almost there? Isela: No…we're not even a third of the way up. Erica: Do you think we should turn around? Isela: No…the stations are full. I don't want to wait. Erica: Okay…let's just keep going, then. Keith: Brittany, I beat you! Ha! Now hurry up so we can go. Brittany: Okay, I'm almost done. Katie: Shayne! Hurry up! Shayne: Don't yell at me. I'm doing this as best as I can! Shayne and Katie finish the Detour and get their clue. Shayne: Let's hurry, we're pretty behind. Keith and Brittany also receive their clue, and the two teams leave together. Erica: Halfway up…okay. We can do this. Let's hustle. Isela: I'm beginning to think this was a bad idea. Sarah: Hurry, let's go. We're in last place! Amber: Okay, we can do this! Sarah and Amber begin climbing as Zeke reaches the top, followed closely by Dan and Mary. The two teams receive their clue and leave, leaving Sarah and Amber and Erica and Isela to the Detour. Zeke: I'm really sorry, man. Chauncy: Don't worry. We aren't the last team to leave, and we can get back to the top. Dan: Come on, we have to find this palace…at least it's good looking, maybe, right? Mary: There's so many people here! I hate cities. Sarah and Amber finish the Detour and receive their clue. Sarah: I think we might be in last place, Amber. Amber: I know. We have to keep going, though. Sarah and Amber leave for Kokyo, but many teams are having problems finding the palace in the first place. Keith: I have no idea where to go, Brittany…let's stop and ask for directions. Brittany: Okay…stop at that store. We'll ask for directions. Keith: Hi. I need help finding the summer palace….um…Kokyo? Merchant: Um…Ko…kyo? No, no. Keith: Yes! Kokyo! Summer palace! Brittany: Keith, babe…I don't think he speaks English. Keith: Oh…okay. Let's try somewhere else… Shayne: What does this place look like? Do you think there are flags or something to help us? Katie: I don't know. Ask someone for directions. Katie and Shayne stop at the same store, just as Keith and Brittany leave. Keith: Hey…we have no clue how to get to this palace…do you? Katie: We're gonna go ask for directions. Brittany: Good luck, there's nobody in there that speaks English. Shayne: Really…? Keith and Brittany get in their car and drive off, and the siblings are left alone. Kimber: Justin, do you know where to go? Justin: No, actually, I don't. Kimber: Can you stop and ask for directions? Justin: I'm pretty sure I can find this place, Kimber. We don't need directions. The two teams that didn't need directions arrive at the palace. Sarah: There's the clue box! Amber: Drive to Harajuku Station. Come on. Zeke: Did you guys get it? Sarah: Yeah, it's right in the garden. Chauncy: Come on, man. Let's go! Zeke and Chauncy obtain their clue and leave for the train station. Phillip: Here's the station. Where's the clue? Katherine: Oh! There it is! There it is! Phillip: It's a Roadblock. Who has an eye for fashion? Katherine: That's definitely you, Phillip. Phillip: You sure? I've done the last two… Katherine: It's fashion, and it's Japan. I know you want to do it. Phillip: Okay…I'll do it. Oh! Harajuku girls! Find the one dressed in yellow… Katherine: Phillip, there are hundreds of girls out there. Take your time. But…don't go too slow. *laughter* Yuki: 2 Clues Tetsune: 2 Clues Mahiru: 2 Clues Rei: 1 Clue Akino: 2 Clues Erica: Here we are…the last floor…the roof…oh, my God, we made the wrong choice. Isela: But we did it, that's what matters. Let's get our clue. Erica: Drive to Kokyo…I've seen pictures of it before, it's beautiful. Isela: …let's catch out breaths before we go. Erica: We're taking the elevator, we can catch our breaths in there. Let's get going. Sarah and Amber and Zeke and Chauncy arrive at the clue box at the same time. Sarah: There's the station. There's the clue! Hurry, Amber! Amber: Roadblock…you wanna do it? Fashion… Sarah: Yeah, I guess I could do it…and I guess I'm off. Wish me luck. Zeke: You heard them, right? I think I should do the Roadblock. Chauncy: Yeah. Knock 'em dead, man. Zeke: Hello, pretty Japanese ladies… *laughter* Back at Kokyo Tour guide: And that completes our tour of Kokyo. Erica: There's the clue box! And the old ladies! Hurry! Isela: I got the clue. Martha: Wow, that took forever…let's get our clue and get out of here. Lois: Oh, there's those mean girls. We have to hurry! All teams now have left the palace and are either driving to or attempting the Roadblock. Current placings: 1. Escher and Abbey 2. Phillip and Katherine 3. Sarah and Amber 4. Zeke and Chauncy 5. Kimber and Justin 6. Dan and Mary 7. Keith and Brittany 8. Shayne and Katie 9. Erica and Isela 10. Martha and Lois Kimber and Justin arrive at the Roadblock. Kimber: I think I should do this one. Justin: Yeah. Go get 'em! Kimber joins Zeke, Sarah, and Phillip as they look for the woman in yellow. Interview, Justin: Justin: Seeing Amber waiting for Sarah to finish the Roadblock sent chills down my spine. They're usually at the back of the pack, and performing a challenge, arriving behind them made me think we were seriously behind. Seeing Chauncy and Phillip, though, confused me. Were we really behind, or were Sarah and Amber in the front of the pack? Phillip: Where is this girl? I mean, there are girls in yellow, but I guess not the right one? Katherine: Keep looking! Sarah: What do I have to do? Amber: Just find the girl with the clues! She's in yellow! Sarah: Okay… Phillip: You. Are you the girl? Tetsune: Yes, I am. Here is your clue. Phillip: Katherine, let's go! Hurry. Catherine: What's the clue? Phillip: Go to Tokyo Tower, the Pitstop! Catherine: Okay, let's hurry! Phillip and Catherine leave for the Pit Stop. Kimber: Oh, Harajuku girl, where are you? Sarah: Amber, I'm not having any luck. Amber: I'm sorry, just keep trying! Go out farther! Zeke: I don't think she exists, Chauncy! Chauncy: Yeah she does, Zeke! Phillip just finished. Go over that way! The three racers participating in the Roadblock head over through the throngs of women to the area Chauncy pointed out. Eventually, Kimber emerges victorious. Yuki: 0 Clues Tetsune: 2 Clues Mahiru: 2 Clues Rei: 1 Clues Akino: 2 Clues Kimber: Hurry, Justin, get our stuff! Justin: Let's get going…Tokyo Tower. Hoof it! Amber: How're you doing, Sarah? Sarah: Well, I'm here. I'm just not having any luck finding any of these girls! Time passes. All teams are now at the Roadblock. Current Standings: 1st: Escher and Abbey 2nd: Phillip and Katherine 3rd: Kimber and Justin Order arriving at Roadblock (not counting completed teams): 1st: Sarah and Amber 2nd: Zeke and Chauncy 3rd: Dan and Mary (Mary doing Roadblock) 4th: Keith and Brittany (Keith doing Roadblock) 5th: Shayne and Katie (Katie doing Roadblock) 6th: Erica and Isela (Erica doing Roadblock) 7th: Martha and Lois (Martha doing Roadblock) Phillip: We're at the tower! Katherine: I wonder how far Escher and Abbey are… Phil: They're already on the next leg. Phillip: What?! Katherine: They're the team to beat… A few minutes pass, and Kimber and Justin climb to the top of the tower, meeting Phi. Phil: Kimber and Justin, you are team number three! (6:02 PM, Wednesday) Kimber: Awesome…that's a relief. We got lost so many times, and we barely saw anyone after the Detour. Phil: You guys checked in exactly twenty-four hours behind the first place team. Justin: Holy sh*t! How did they manage to get that far ahead of us?! Back at the Roadblock, all seven remaining teams are looking for the missing girl. Zeke: Hurry up! Chauncy: Don't rush me, man! Amber: Sarah, please hurry, I don't want to lose our lead! Sarah stops and turns to Amber. Sarah: I'm doing my best, Amber. It doesn't help if you're yelling at me every five minutes! Amber: Well you need to be motivated, Sarah! I'm just trying to help! Sarah walks back over to Amber, her face getting red. Sarah: Did you ever stop to think I don't NEED your help? Amber: You certainly could have used my help when you were making those way-too-thin bowls. Sarah: You have to bring every little thing up, don't you? Sarah turns back into the crowd of girls, her face wet with %*#@!. Interview, Sarah and Amber: Sarah: I don't know why we started fighting. Thinking about it now, it just seems silly. We were both really exhausted from this already, and we had never spent that much time together before. Amber: Yeah. Being roommates is one thing, but being on airplanes and taxis and foreign countries with the other person…that's when you know who your best friends are. -------------------------------- Isela: Any luck, Erica? Erica: No, there are way too many girls here. Isela: Okay, take your time, but try to hurry. *laughter* Dan: Mary, hurry! Mary: It's not as easy as it looks, Dan. I'm having a miserable time. I just want to go home. Dan: Well, if you hurry, we can get Japan over and done with and leave here. Katie: Are you the woman I am looking for? The woman in question just giggles at Katie and walks away. Katie: I guess not. Martha: Are you the clue-bearer? The woman looks at Martha like she's crazy, and continues walking. Martha: Damn. Zeke: Do you have my clue? Mahiru: Yes! Tee-hee! Mahiru hands Zeke the clue, and he races back to Chauncy. Chauncy: Good going man, let's hurry! Zeke: Drive to Tokyo Tower…the Pistop. Come on! Zeke and Chauncy leave Harajuku Station for the Pitstop. Brittany: Any luck, Keith? Keith: No…what is she wearing? Brittany: Um…the same clothes as a clue…Red and Yellow? Keith: Oh, like her? Oh, sh*t! Hey! Hey you! Keith chases the woman down, and grabs her arm. She turns around, shocked, and pulls out of Keith's grip. Keith: Oh, I'm sorry…I thought you had my clue. Akino laughs and hands the now embarrassed Keith a clue. Keith: Oh, okay…uh…thanks. I'm gonna go now. Akino nods and turns around, to blend in the crowd. Keith returns to his partner, and the two leave in silence to open their clue away from everyone else. Keith: Drive to Tokyo Tower, the Pit Stop for this leg. Brittany: The last team to check in may be eliminated. Let's get going! Keith and Brittany leave in their car. Katie: Ma'am, I think you have something of mine? Rei smiles and hands Katie her last clue. Shayne: Hurry, to the Tokyo Tower! As Shayne and Katie leave, Dan and Mary begin arguing again. Dan: Mary, come on! Mary: This isn't fun anymore, Dan. I want to quit doing this…you, are you the girl? The girl that Mary flails at simply giggles and hands over a clue. Mary: I got it! I got it! Dan: Okay, come on! Dan and Mary leave the Roadblock, where it is down to the three all-female teams. Yuki: 0 Clues Tetsune: 1 Clue Mahiru: 1 Clue Rei: 0 Clues Akino: 1 Clue Zeke: There's the tower. Hurry up, man! Chauncy: We can't be too far behind, can we? Phil: Zeke and Chauncy…you are team number four! (6:13 PM, Wednesday) Zeke: That ain't bad, naw. Chauncy: Yeah. Good job, man. Shayne: Do you see the tower? It can't be that hard to miss. Katie: I'll tell you if I see it, keep going. Shayne and Katie continue to drive in the wrong direction as Keith and Brittany climb the tower. Keith and Brittany, you are…team number five! (6:59 PM, Wednesday) Keith: Wow, that's our best finish so far! Brittany: We have to do better though, Keith. This is fun and all, but we have to step things up. Keith: I know, I know. We're gonna get better. Shayne and Katie continue going the wrong way, followed by Dan and Mary. Dan: Are you sure they're going the right way? Mary: No, I'm not. Do you want to turn around? Dan: Stop and ask for directions at that gas station. Dan and Mary turn into the gas station as Shayne and Katie continue driving. Dan: Anybody speak English in here? A young woman looks at Dan. Woman: Yes? Mary: Hi! We need to get to Tokyo Tower. Woman: Follow me, in my car. Okay? Dan: Yes! We can do that. The woman drives Dan and Mary to the tower. Dan: Thank you, thank you! Dan and Mary climb the tower to Phil. Phil: Dan and Mary…you are team number six. (7:14 PM, Wednesday) Mary: Glad to be done here. Dan: Tell me about it. We're ready to leave now. *laugh* At the Roadblock, the last three teams cannot find any of the girls. Martha: Are you the woman? How about you? You? Lois: Don't guess, Martha, find the woman wearing the right clothing! Shayne and Katie continue to drive in the wrong direction. Shayne: Where are you going? I don't think this is the right way… Katie: You have the map! Shayne: I can't really…oh…oh. Yeah. We're going the wrong way. Katie: Damnit! That could cost us the race. Shayne: I'm sorry. Just…turn around. Katie turns around, in the direction of the Pit Stop…but will they make it in time? Erica: You, you're dressed like the woman, right? The woman in question ignores Erica and walks right past her. Erica: Damn. Where are you, clue-woman? She continues walking through the crowd, past a still-teary-eyed Sarah, who has a different strategy. Sarah: Ma'am, do you have something of mine? Woman: No, no… Sarah: Thank you. Go over there please. Yes. Thank you…are you the woman I'm looking for? Tetsune: Yes! Hee hee! Tetsune gives Sarah the clue, and the American leaves the crowd of girls. Amber: Are you done? Sarah: Yeah. Let's get going…Tokyo Tower, it's the Pitstop. Amber and Sarah get into their car and begin driving to the Pitstop. A team makes it to the Pit Stop. They begin climbing up the tower, and Phil is in sight. He greets the team, opening his mouth and saying… Phil: Shayne and Katie, you are team number seven. (7:39 PM, Wednesday) Shayne: That was rough. Sorry for getting us lost. Katie: It's fine. We're still in, and we're going to get to the end, and we're going to win. Shayne and Katie smile at each other. Turns out they aren't the only apologetic team. Amber: I'm sorry for yelling at you, Sarah. Sarah: It's okay. I'm sorry for yelling at you, too. Interview, Sarah and Amber: Amber: When you're racing like this, your emotions easily get the best of you…and that's what happened to both of us today. Sarah: We've never been in a fight as big as that, and for something so silly as who's wearing what color! *laugh* -------------------------------- Sarah and Amber arrive at the Pit Stop. Phil: Sarah and Amber…you are team number eight. (7:48 PM, Wednesday) Amber: Oh, oh God… Amber starts crying, and Sarah puts her arm around her friend. Phil: Are you guys okay? Sarah: We had a really emotional day…especially with the Roadblock. We got to the Detour second, and lost a lot of time with that, and then we lost even more time at the Roadblock. We're ready to leave Japan, I think. *laugh* Amber: I-I-I thought we were eliminated. *sob* Phil: You two are safe for another leg. Martha and Lois and Erica and Isela are the last two teams still racing. Dusk falls. Martha: You? No. You? No. You? No. Lois: Oh, this is not good… Erica: Do any of you have my clue? Isela: Tell me about it. Martha: Do you have something I need? Erica: Do you have my clue? Mahiru: Yes! Akino: Tee-hee! Both racers run from the crowd towards their partners. Erica: Drive yourselves… Lois: …to Tokyo Tower and climb the stairs… Erica: …to the top of the tower… Lois: …the Pit Stop for this leg of the race. Erica: Isela, hurry! Lois; We don't have much time, Martha. We can't lose. Isela: Go, Erica, go! Lois: Martha, drive faster! Are you sure we're going the right way? Erica: No, we're going the wrong way! Martha: Turn around. Lois: No we aren't, look, there's the Pit Stop! Isela: Go, just leave the stuff. Which team is the first to reach Phil, to ensure not being eliminated this leg? Phil: …Martha and Lois, you are team number nine. (8:29 PM, Wednesday) Martha: Oh, thank goodness. I thought we'd be last. Lois: I'm so tired. This was one hell of a leg. Phil: It only get harder from here, ladies. A few minutes later, Erica and Isela make their way to the top of the tower. Phil: Erica and Isela…you are the last team to arrive. I'm sorry to tell you you have both been eliminated from the race. Erica: Okay. We're cool with that. Isela: Yeah. We wanted to win, but we didn't. Retrospective: Erica: We did a lot of not-so-nice things on the race, and we don't kick ourselves for any of it. Isela: I don't think there was anything we did that could have hurt us in our race, and we're proud of how we raced. Some people are going to be all like, 'Oh, that's karma, you used the Yield!' but it isn't! The Yield is there to be used, and we were the ones smart enough to use it. -------------------------------------------------------- Next time, on Ben's Amazing Race. Tensions flare as one team verbally attacks another. Kimber: Just…just stop it. If you two are going to be assholes about every single thing, you can just go to the other side. I'm sick of you!. And Shayne and Katie have a run-in with the law. Shayne: Crap, crap, crap! Officer: Step out of the vehicle, please.

I got my laptop back, so I'll be able to keep writing. After I finish the next chapter, I'll put chapter 4 up.
Another thing I've decided to do is to post pictues of the eliminated teams after they are eliminated...not just the South Park characters, but the real people I've based the racers off. I received permission from all involved, of course. ;) Here are Alex and Krystin:
And Erica and Isela, recently eliminated in Tokyo:
