I know I should just ignore all the stupidity surrounding the Ozzy hate - but it's annoying me more than usual today - maybe because I have the flu.
There was so much blah blah blah about him having a pregnant girlfriend and stuff that even I eventually had to send an e-mail to check the validity. Surprise surprise - it's not true. He was single going into Micronesia - he now has a girlfriend - her name is Amanda. He and Katie broke up shortly after the Cook Island finale.(not sure exactly when) As for the chat he was having with Alexis... even Eliza said in her post show interview that it was strategy on both their parts. If you look at the insider you will see Amanda stating that her and Ozzy were trying to downplay their relationship for the new people. Argh - I dunno why I bother. What kind of person can really be bothered wasting so much energy hating on people they don't even know? |

You shouldn't feel that way. You had something valid to say. But, some people do know him at least a little bit and have gotten quite a different story
then what you just stated. For the record I don't hate Ozzy I just dislike some of his recent actions on the show. If he and Amanda are happy then more
power to them.

ModestyBlaiser, do you know what forum you're on? This place is called Survivor SUCKS, reality tv contestants tend to get trashed for various reasons.
Don't get too offended about it, it's just how things are.
And for the record, I dislike Ozzy because he's acting like a douche. I don't really care for the showmance drama, it's been done. I just don't like his attitude. |

As to this season, the undisputed star so far is, IMO of course, the Stick. With Chet getting an honorable mention. Ozzy makes me root against him for so many personality-related reasons...and of course, because I hate hate HATE his hat. |

Terry was a pilot, Tom was the fireman. Though at first I thought they gave Terry the shaft because Jonathan took the 46 year old alpha dad slot, but then I
reminded myself that they have 3 20 something brunettes in the favorites that are nearly impossible for the average viewer to tell apart.
In retrospect I do find it funny that people have been bitching all this time about how much of an arrogant douche Terry is/was. I think we can safely say that Ozzy outdid him in that area now. I was one of the few people who thought Ozzy was really smug and self-entitled right from beginning of CI. Now I guess everyone else is seeing it. Told you so! |

Oops, you're right, I confused Tom with Terry. I did think Terry was a douche, actually. Tom, on the other hand...he deserved to be there, and he deserved
to win. If the choice was between Jonathan and Terry, I say they made the right choice.

See, I hate Ozzy, but he's making a pretty good villain for now. Everyone loves to hate the cocky asshole who gets the girls. I wouldn't have replaced
him with Tom. If anything, I would've said fuck the gender equality and brought on Tom or even Terry (who I hated) over Parvati or Amanda.

Tom chicken out. He does not want a bad edit... by the way... why are we treating Tom with greater royalty than Terry?
Tom is nothing more than arrogant prick who was completely spared of negative editing and basically won the game with Ulong's self destruction and Kuror lying out red carpet to Tom. Terry has far tougher opponents to complete with than Tom. Aras will murder Ian. Nick will kick Gregg's ass. Courtney will give StephMe the deadly dreadlock headlock. Cirie will have Katie for a dinner. Sally is tougher than Jenn. So.... Tom's quality of opposition is far weaker than Terry. Tom did not have that rigged final challenge going against him while Terry pretty much given the huge disadvantage of balance game against yoga master and a former gymnastic. Tom went up against significantly weaker and passive opponents for final three. Shane can't kick Coby's ass. That is for sure. However.... Bruce could..... and he prove to be a MJ of puzzles.... |
