Retro Amanda moment of the day: Correct me if I'm wrong, but was the first time Amanda was ever shown lying... was it when she, Erik, Courtney and Frosti came back from the F8 reward and she had to lie about the food so that the other 4 people wouldn't be jealous? "We had Chinese food." =)

I know that in the previous episode, she pretended to not know anything about the hidden immunity idol when JR first found out, and apparently she told lies to JR earlier too, but we were never shown any of it. <3

I actually like all of Jenna, Amber, Parvati and Amanda, or can at least appreciate the games they all played. Amanda and Jenna M are actually both in my top 5 Survivors of all time, and I was always a secret Romber fan... And I will admit that some of the Parvati fans have helped me like her and really appreciate the game she played. I still prefer Amanda though heheh <3

I do think Amber and Amanda played somewhat similarly, but Amanda seemed to be less deceitful and tried to take control on her own a few times. I just don't like the argument that faults Amanda for playing a 'passive game'. Amanda's best move at the F9 was to not betray Ozzy, since the whole fourgy, including Cirie, would've brought Amanda to the F3, whereas Parvati needed to make a move, or she'd be left out. Unfortunately for Amanda, Parvati just had more pull on the rest of the tribe than Ozzy/Amanda at that time, so it worked in Parvati's favour. I still also think that Amanda would've betrayed James and Ozzy at the F5 to go with Cirie/Parvati to the F3 anyways.

I liked Jenna a lot during the Amazon and thought she was highly underappreciated. Mainly, I thought she had a good grasp on the concept of the game, was pretty interesting and her victory in the battle of the sexes (especially in the finale) was pretty incredible. She also played the kind of game that I respect the most... she was loyal to her allies and would only betray someone if they betrayed her alliance first, and to get to the finals playing that kind of game, winning 4/8 individual immunity challenges and gaining 6/7 jury votes, all at the age of 21 is quite impressive.

And I still think her exit from All-Stars is the most upsetting episode of Survivor of all time, and I really respected her for being able to separate the game from her life and choosing to get home in time. Besides that episode, there's only ever been one episode to make me get all teary-eyed, but I don't think I should mention it here, since it won't be well-received by many people =P

No, I wouldn't cry over Amanda losing Survivor =P I just internalized all that disappointment haha..

And I said it wouldn't be well received because it was... (prepare your emoticons..)
