The only issue is that, according to this story, Tracy (who we now know IS a buxom blonde), stated that "they were all on this flight". I'm not sure what "all means". It could very well mean that this flight does not indicate boots any more or less than Myspace/Facebook entries (possibly less).

Therefore, it could stand to reason that if JFP and Yau Man are valid early boots due to their entries into personal pages, Tracy is not an early boot by any means. As I said before, there was no mention about Mary or any of the other past contestants. That's possibly because Probst got all of the attention and Tracy just happened to be the person in the conversation.

Well, apparently Continental Micronesia is the official airline of reality show spoilers because Jeff Probst is on my sister's flight today. I don't have any details because she just left me a voicemail message and because she was sort of shrieking, but I'm guessing the flight was from Guam to Honolulu and that the season has just wrapped.

My sister got home last night and said that JFP was also on the Probst flight from Guam to Honolulu. When I mentioned the rumors about a 1/2-former contestants/1/2-newbies season, she agreed that seemed likely since, sitting next to JFP on the plane was a buxom blonde named Tracy (unknown if that's her real name or a fake name). Tracy said she'd been one of the survivors and that they were all on this flight. Kat (sister) didn't recognize anyone other than Probst (the only one in first class), JFP, and an "older Asian man," whom we believe to be Yau Man. When she's home for more than a day, I'll have her come over and show her pictures of some of the rumored contestants to see if she can ID anyone else.

Oh, and it was stated later that the/a pre-merge trip was NOT to Guam (thank you Wezzie for that information).

Does anyone else get the impression that Natalie could very well be carried alas Courtney?

Of course if Amanda and James are around to see this trend, you'd think they may warn the others of what happened in their season. Probst's commentary about Natalie reminded me a bit of what he said about Courtney pre-season.

Still, Probst did say that he liked the fact that Courtney would say what was on her mind and that it would make good TV. I'm not sure if he seemed to have that sentiment about Natalie. If the rumors are true that she made it to the family reward section of the show, the commentary seen on EW.com may indicate bitterness from Probst that Natalie got far.

Once again, that is speculative on whether the comments Probst made were truly pre-season or were actually post-season disguised as pre-season. It's pretty bold for Probst to come right out and predict what happens. He DID say, when discussing the cast of S12: EI that Cirie and Shane would be very memorable characters and did mention that Michelle would do someting in Fiji that hadn't been done in a long time and that Dave from China would be memorable (despite his short stay).

So the "jury" is still out on when Probst made his comments, but if he made them post-season then it would make sense that some of it is crap in the wind while some has some substance. He made some strong statements about who would/should/could go far. As far as I recall, he has NEVER made any direct statements about people who didn't last very long. (as far as I remember-someone could correct me on this)

I need to clarify the blue statement because it may not make much sense. If you look back at what Jeff has said about most casts from most seasons, he has never come right out and said "<insert name> seems to have what it takes to go far. I expect <insert same name> to do very well in this game" only to have that person booted within the first few tribal councils. He has been on the fence, been doubtful, or flat out said that the person had no chance in hell. Jeff isn't God (although he would like to be), but his "predictions" (if you can call them that at all) seem to be strong indications, meaning he either has great insight or knows a thing or two (filmed after the season ends).

However, I don't remember him saying ANYTHING like what he said regarding Cirie (could do better than last time-she made the friggin' final 4 last time and now there's only a final 3!-what the hell does that mean?) and Alexis (I predict this girl to win?!-that's downright brazen).

I do recall Probst making strong predictions about Danni and Tom W though. I wish I could go back and check those out again. But still, never have we seen Probst declare precise placements.
