Did anyone really think Parvati was going to go out third? Really?

Is cirie really going to be portrayed as the villain this season? I did not see that edit she had tonight coming at all.

^There still is a chance for a tribal swap parvati is cut loose. You never will know. Isn't parv/cirie/ alexis final 3 just speculation also?

I thought it was obvious that Truckwaffle and Ciriwaffle* were the villains of this season.
So now Yau is out 3rd, which means Tracy is gone next week? Right? * - I reserve the right to pussy edit and change this awful nickname once a good one has been established for her. |

I had been wondering why Ami would go before Jonathan and Eliza.
Well, it's clear after Cirie's protection and Eliza's vote for Yau-Man, they have a side deal. Ami deliberately voted for Cirie, so thus as Cirie will call the shots, Ami is the next target. If another chance at "mutiny" comes, Jonthan should take it. |

Coachocd wrote: I don't think that Cirie will call the shots anymore. The Couples were annoyed enough with Cirie trying to call the shots in this vote, and they probably did it because hey Yau's not in their alliance. However, after that vote, they don't necessarily have to keep Cirie, they can always ask let's say Ami or Eliza to join them instead. |

Its not guarentee Tracey is next, the tracey is fourth came from that flight spoiler, but now we know that she was on the flight with more then just Yau and
JP, everyone was on it, so Tracey could be the last pre jury boot for all we know.

Relynn wrote: Your assuming now it is still about the "couples". I'm not sure anymore. In fact, we may have seen the beginning tonight of a woman's alliance that ironically doesn't include Ami, it's biggest proponent in Vanuatu. Perhaps what we saw on the raft wasn't just Amanda/Parvarti playing her. Cirie protected Eliza.Amanda and Parvarti both said they knew they couldn't take James or Ozzy to the final 3. Right now, there's no sign either James or Ozzy get anywhere near the final 3. Here's a radical thought. Maybe Amanda and Parvarti aren't as dumb as I thought. There was always that question in ASS whether or not Amber was beneath it all playing Rob. Maybe Amanda and Parvarti really are playing James and Ozzy. It really may not be Romber & Romber & Cirie. |

I really don't get the business about Cirie supposedly getting a "negative edit" and being a "villain". I didn't get that
impression watching the episode at all. This reminds me of Amazon when everyone used to say the same thing about Jenna Morasca, but I never saw it. I think a
lot of people just have a lot of weird issues with strong women and they see "negative edits" where they really aren't there. There was
absolutely nothing negative about Cirie's "edit" tonight. They depicted her as being aggressive and strong-willed, but those aren't negative
qualities. And I really don't think the Cirie we saw tonight was significantly different from the Cirie we saw on Exile Island. She's playing the game
exactly the way I would have expected her to play it.

Cirie orchestrated the boot of Timber Tina in her first episode.
People forgot that Cirie's completely coldblooded in her approach to the game. (And its truly not a bad thing.) |

Yes, Cirie was a total bitch because she didn't do what Jonathan told her to and she voted out poor wittle Yau-Man.

Maybe Amanda and Parvarti aren't as dumb as I thought. They're not dumb, and they're particularly not dumb when it comes to social intelligence, which is just as important on Survivor as strategic intelligence. And certainly they're both masterminds compared to Ozzy and James. (On a related note, I also suspect that Amanda is more intelligent than Todd.) |

AnomyBC has a good point. I've taken a step back rewatched some stuff and Cirie didn't really get a "negative" edit. What we saw was other
people with a sense of entitlement angry that Cirie did what was best for her -- we saw that sense of entitlement from BOTH foursomes. The negativity was
coming from the foursomes, not from her edit. Cirie didn't run anyone down. She just did what was best for her. James may be unhappy Cirie called the
shots, but as he doesn't seem to get anywhere near the final 3, he probably just has to live with it.
This is clearly the Cirie show and win or lose, we will see why. What little we saw of the fans tonight, Alexis is the only one getting any coverage at all. She seems a lot like Danielle at this point. If it is Romber & Romber, it clear the men get screwed in this case, and not in a good way. There is a HII out there somewhere and it gets discovered next week obviously. |

(On a related note, I also suspect that Amanda is more intelligent than Todd.)Todd's social game obliterated Amanda in China, and I don't see Amanda making the personal connections here that she needs to. |

Todd did play a better social game, yes.

Coach, Cirie did have a sense of entitlement tonight. It was almost like Lill in PI. "Everybody's gotta have a F2 alliance with me and only
me". And Cirie has a few comments about carrying her around on a "chariot thing" and the others "washing her clothes" for her vote.
Cirie was a huge DIVA tonight, and she pissed off both foursomes with her attitude and her stubborness about who to vote for. Cirie got a negative edit
tonight.

Todd's social game obliterated Amanda in China, and I don't see Amanda making the personal connections here that she needs to. Don't assume that Amanda's social game hasn't improved. Amanda mentioned in that last episode that Todd bonded with more people, and she also said that she wished she had developed more bonds in China. Amanda made mention about how much she loves James in interviews after Survivor China, that he encouraged her to be more vocal and real. I wouldn't assume that this time around Amanda even if she doesn't know if she won, didn't learn from her mistakes, and didn't decide to form some more personal bonds. We already see these bonds with Pavarti-they seem to be pretty close and Eliza mentioned they are bonding. Ozzy-! James- James and her have the few interactions they have shown, have clearly been shown to be tight. When one of the Fan's tribes through Amanda over his head, James became incensed.. That clearly shows a personal bond there. Ciri- Cirie clearly liked Pavarti/Amanda better than the people in the other alliance. Ami-Ami and Amanda were clearly showing some more personal bonds there. It's totally possible that Amanda learned from her mistakes in China. Also was I the only one who thought Jonathon made the crime of underestimating his opponents. His comments about how, he thought maybe they would split their votes, Eliza was wise to say it was stupid. The Foursome might not have liked Cirie dictating the vote, but they weren't going to throw away their opportunity to take control of the tribe. Yau wasn't in their alliance, so in the end, they'd vote him out.

And Cirie has a few comments about carrying her around on a "chariot thing" and the others "washing her clothes" for her vote. It's called a J O K E. She was joking, and it was pretty evident after she let out her signature Cirie giggle. None of that being carried around confessional stuff meant to be taken seriously, especially after she laughed about it afterwards. |
