Todd was the true fan - you have to know that you own your game to the jury - lay out your strategy and take no prisoners. The jury wants to get beat by the best player - Courtney admitted she was along for the ride, and Amanda was trying to distance herself from any move that hurt a jury member. Theoretically I agree with you, but this isn't usually the way it plays out with the jury. Most of them have come in with a predetermined vote that they aren't going to change regardless of the FTC performance. They usually vote for "the lesser of two evils," the person they object to the least (so their vote is actually a "vote against" someone rather than a "vote for" someone). Remember: a lot of jury members are extremely pissed off and bitter for getting voted out and are looking for an ego boost and apology. They don't care about who was the best player; they tend to just want revenge against who backstabbed them/orchestrated their boot. And this is usually very hypocritical of them IMO, because they've either done some deceitful moves themselves in the game, or certainly would have done them if it gave them the chance to go further.
