I guess she and Denise had a closer bond than the show ever portrayed.

The whole apology thing worked out a lot for Chris in Vanuatu.
All those girls bought hook, line, and sinker. It seemed like Amanda tried to go that route. Too bad more of the jury actually did want strategy. The wierd thing that the people who were "morally conscience" (Denise, Frosti) ended up voting for Courtney anyway. |

I can't see Denise doing much better with the jury than Amanda did. Whoever took credit for ousting Todd would've ended up the favorite.

I totally agree with that. I think if Todd was taken out at 4, whoever arranged that and tells the jury they arranged that would have won hands down. No matter who it was. |

She was a quiet strategist and while it made for a great game DURING the game... it doesn't help when it comes to the jury and you have to explain that you made all these moves. BLEH! I am pissed off that she lost... congrats to Todd but FUCK I lost $20 on this vote |

yeah, she wasn't much of a match for Todd in the final jury after all ... how did she come across as so confident and smart in the sidebar interviews, yet
so pathetic in that jury??
just too bad... her edit went from appearing as one of the best all-around female players ever, to slightly above average in 5 minutes !#$%@!! |

Todd pretty much had the best jury performance I think I've ever seen during this entire fifteen season run.

I agree. I had thought Chris' was the best up until now, but I think Todd is the new champ

Nice to finally see a Suckster do what Sucksters always say that they'd do on this show.

We also have to keep in mind that the jury saw a different Amanda than the one we saw. Most of us saw a calm, collected chick who always steered in the right
direction and played the game with strategy and tact. But the jury probably saw another Amber who simply followed Todd around and felt bad that she had to vote
out people. Whereas Todd, they pretty much saw what we saw.
I'm guessing the jury might have changed their opinion of her if they saw her behind the scenes move. Her apple pie confessional alone might've made the jury rethink their decision, but alas, this isn't Big Brother 3. I just hope people see her as much more of a gamer now after watching the show. |

I don't think Todd's performance was the best ever.... he got lucky that Amanda completely sucked it up, because otherwise she had it hands down! I
couldn't believe how awful she was! Depressing, because she had been the best strategist I have seen in the game in a long time, up until the final 3.
Oh well, Todd ended up deserving it, but he scraped by! Had Amanda done a better job with the jury, and won, she'd have been the best winner ever. Instead, I put Todd in as the second best winner ever, right behind Vee. Vee has yet to be outdone strategically, in my opinion. |

Even if she had a great Q and A with the jury, would it have mattered? I seriously don't think any of those players thought she was doing anything except
hiding behind Todd's shadow.

The thing is there were big holes she coulda poked into Todd's "Brilliant" play that she didn't.
Take the James vote. She coulda said "If Todd is so brilliant, why did he insist on giving BOTH immunity idols to the strongest physical threat in the game?" If I hadn't have pushed to take the chance of getting James out when we did, we never would've been able to fix Todd's mistake. I also think his "Thank you for putting me here" stuff was possibly poisonous to the jury - like they wanted to put him there. I still can't believe she misread this group of people so badly and didn't take Denise. I know we see the editing, but this seemed like a game-play jury all the way through. Jamie showed she was playing the game to the end even with the embarrassment of playing a fake idol. JR, well duh. Well Frosti's boner vote was pretty much a guarantee but you had to think a Courtney vote would be a non-factor. James is a straight-up type of guy. Erik tried his best to weasel his way into staying longer. Same with Peih Gee. Vote out Todd and he'd totally understand - you'd probably even get HIS vote for getting rid of him. How in the world she didn't see that is beyond me. Then again if she performed like that with the Jury going up against Denise and Courtney, maybe we'd all be talking in amazed tones at how Courtney somehow managed to win. Damn if Todd did not figure out the perfect ally on day one. -QG |

thats why she had the chance to say she was the better strategist, and to point out that she played better than todd because she was never at risk to being
voted out... and she could have brought up her immunity challenge performance at the final 8, how todd and courtney both chose to eat rather than try for
immunity...
She could have easily argued her way towards a million dollars, but it seemed as though she was too afraid of hurting people's feelings (including Todd and Courtney's) and didn't put everything out there... which is sad, because she should have known that everyone would have understood/respected her when it all was said and done. |

Amanda was the best player of the three, but she just blew her chances at that final tribal council. It's sad because I was extremely impressed with her
and felt she played on another level compared to Todd and Courtney. She had to have known that the jury would have perceived her as being under-the-radar and
just a follower of Todd, but she didn't stand out when she needed to and didn't take pride in her game.
Ah, well, I'm sure the jury has more respect for Amanda's game after seeing the show. It's still such a shame that she bombed because I would have ranked Amanda in the upper half of all the winners if she won.
