I tried to read this thread so I could reply here with an idea of what's gone down, but then I realized something; it's pages and pages of people explaining how the system that Artie's is flawed and the many loopholes that are in it, and Artie retaliating, and saying the same thing over and over again, never giving any evidence to disprove their opinion, just "But in my system, blah, blah, blah."

Okay, from what I gather, the concept of this is for the game to be individual when it comes to challenges, and the top half goes to the "Winner's Camp" and the bottom half goes to the "Loser's Camp" and attends Tribal Council. While that may be a great idea to make sure that "weaklings dont (BTW, it's DON'T) comprise the finals," it's still flawed in that the people from the losing Tribe will vote out the competition so they can get into the winning tribe and not return to Tribal Council. In fact, your system is actually doing the REVERSE, in that it's encouraging Castaways to vote out the strongest competitors and keeping the weaklings in the game.

This was probably asked earlier, but when would the merge kick in? If so, then would all the castaways vote off one of the castaways that were in the losing half? Would only the losing half vote in a Tribal Council at the merge?

Face it Joel--I mean, Artie--the motto is "Outwit, outplay, outlast," not "outmuscle, outpuzzlesolve, outwin." The players like Chet will always thrive over big oafs like you--I mean, people like Joel--because they are able to outsmart and strategize in alliances to get rid of threats and advance further in the game.

Now please reply with how my opinion is stupid and wrong with an explanation as follows: "But that's not what would happen. People would vote off weak members because they were on the weaker tribe." That's not true. If I get on Survivor, you best believe that if my time in this game depended on winning those challenges, I would vote off an Ozzy, a Joel, a Terry anyday over a Chet, a Courtney, a Becky.

Another perfect example of someone who thinks they know way more than they actually do, the type thats invariably (and thankfully) against my system.

If your statement is true, than that is what happens now, which means something needs to be done.My system not only allows those who compete and win to gain immunity, but invalidates your conclusion since the teams will always be different.

Of course your statement is not true because players may align, there is strategy all over the place. Which means my system will also guarantee that those who strategize and win will not be voted out.

What remains? Winners.

Your first statement made me laugh my ass off, as that's you to a capital T. You think you know that people will vote out the weaker competitors in a game like Survivor, when that simply is not true when it comes down to an individual game. In the tribes situation, yes, it's better to get rid of weaklings so you don't make it back to Tribal Council. However, your system is purely individual, which prompts people to vote off the strong people to make sure they survive the game.

Nothing needs to be done with the system it is currently right now. You're just pissed off that some of your favorites (who I'm assuming are 'roid-ing fucktards that dominate the challenges and have as much personality as a cupholder), got out early and haven't won the game. The strategy element of this show is what draws people in, not challenges, and most certainly not getting rid of weaklings. People that strategize while in the losing tribe can still win the game. It's not all about brawn; it's brains that count in this game.

And don't you think that for just one minute...just one minute...that you are wrong? If we're at page 38 of this godawful thread, and there are people constantly saying that your idea isn't good, and for all I can see, no one is backing you up, then you might have a bad idea?

A better idea would be to switch up the Tribes every single round. That'll bring the strategy element even more and people that can't talk their way out of a paper bag will thrive, whether that be strong people or weak people.
