when a spammer post a "come to my community - we should all post in our news bulletin that we have indeed reciprocated.
even though we haven't . in other words LIE!
that way we get a reputation for being an easy mark for extra votes and will attract other spammers, because every time
they log into suckstopia to ask for our support we get larger.
