I mean, I don't get this. It's obviously going to be the same plotline as the original Batman movie, yet they try to pass this off as a new movie?
I'm guessing the sequel for this will include the Penguin and Catwoman played by young actors. How frickin' original! |

Nolan is a moron. He wants to retell the Batman movie series yet in his third one he wants Two-Face. So he's skipping the events between Returns and
Forever? Also Two-face teamed up with Riddler.

Nolan isn't retelling the previous movies. He's completely rebooted the entire franchise after the previous abortions that they call Batman Forever and Batman & Robin ran the series into the ground. Anthony Michael Hall is also in this upcoming one in a role that has not been named yet, although rumors are going around he's been cast as Edward Nigma. |

I get it, I just find it incredibly pointless. They made 4 Batman movies in the 90's, now only one decade later they re-do the entire series? Milking much?
That's exactly as if they would make another version of the first Spider-Man movie in 2012 with the Green Goblin and the origin of Spider-Man and whatnot, only this time played by other actors. |

I still don't think you get it. There really isn't a set series of Batman storylines so they can do whatever the fuck they want. The first new one had nothing in common with the 4 from the 90s, other than a man in a bat suit. I suppose they really should have just ended it with this movie, since they used all the main villains and all
