I think the fact that his is in OT proves kind of conclusively that nobody cares anymore.
Statute of limitations implies he did something illegal. The only thing I find moderately interesting is what statute he violated or someone else violated that would make them vulnerable to criminal prosecution. I'd be kind of careful to get a good legal opinion. If fraud was involved, the statute of limitations typically doesn't start running until the fraud was or could have been reasonably discovered. I am with Pappy. May 19 he turtles. |

It's just too bad he isn't running his game anymore. It was the only one worth winning (and a far cry from the biased fuckfest that was Sucks FOB).

There's those who have inside sources a la Snewser, Mersaydeez and bianca. More like having it served on a silver platter. Sorry Snew if I've spoken out of turn, correct me if I'm wrong. Chillone who actually went out there doing location spoiling. Much more difficult, time consuming and monetary costly. Been there and done that myself. Who cares if he wanted to write a book about it, so you don't like his writing style. It's a free world and we can all make our own choices. No one forced you to buy the book, get over it already! Wezzie who works hard at cultivating friendships with locals and many other forms of information gathering. The purist spoilers who comb through vid caps to find clues. What the hell is the difference, it all spoiling in one shape or another. You all need to put your big girl panties on and stop being assholes to each other. I always approached this as a fun collective project, but for the past few seasons, it's just SUCKED because of the backbiting, bitchy, mean behavior.
