I think Kelly will go far. Ace sounds like he will meet an early demise. I could see him being Fang's first boot. Susie sounds like Kota's first boot. These comments are especially interesting to read because you only have a few pages to go on, so it's fun to see this speculation before knowing the first IC or the first Tribal Council, etc. I've seen some intriguing points so far. :) PS: And I'm amazed to see more new readers commenting. The first one seems to show that Matty, Gillian, and Ken will be early boots, while Dan goes far in the game, along with Crystal. Which makes sense, considering they seem to be getting strong opening edits so far. Second one stood out to me, as another indicator Dan goes far... The last two reminded me of Tracy's introduction last season, where a similar conversation was shown. Especially the second one, where it's told that Corinne knows Paloma's name, but not everyone's. Other thoughts? Susie is an early boot. Ace, probably as well, which probably has to do with that early "power struggle" I've heard you mention. Ace vs. Randy for control, perhaps? Loved the opening, looking forward to the full chapter. Dan looks to be in a prime position now, with Crystal as second best, then Paloma. Besides, the last 3 winners have been younger female/older male/older female, which increases the chance that it's a younger male, I think.

I still believe Michelle will win and the fact that she had a lot of dialogue and no confessionals sort of backs that up I believe...but this is the preview lol...the first episode is going to be much different.

I know that a lot of TV shows on some channels lately have been putting part of the episode online before the episode actually airs, but personally I think doing that is stupid. I'd much rather you just post a few hints like usual for a preview, like "one survivor single handedly costs their tribe immunity, will it cost them the game". I mean I really don't like the whole idea of seeing just 1/4 of an episode, and then having to wait to see the other 3/4's of it a few days later.

The pre-show made them out to be huge factors in the season, but Charlie was UTR1 in the preview and Jacquie was INV1. Hopefully they have some stuff later in the episode so that we don't completely write them off. I'm also surprised how big of a player Crystal is coming off as. She seems like she'll be around for a while. Also, I think that Kelly's comment about being underestimated will come true, but for Paloma instead of her. Kelly will probably be a relatively early boot, while Paloma gets underestimated, kept around, and then makes some big moves (probably involving the idol).

I'm pretty sure this is just a "this episode only" deal. I can't speak for GF but I imagine that the preview was probably done this season because it's been a while since GF has started a new fanfic and some people (like me) are pretty excited about it. I can't say for sure but I think this is just a one time deal.

The title has said Episode 1 PREVIEW for a long time now, what did you assume that meant lol? Obviously it wasn't going to be 3 sentences, and in reality it wasn't even that much, I mean the tribes didn't even reach their camps yet! Oh and I also forgot something about Michelle! She has the eagle/hawn thing after her intro! VERY good prediction that her chances of winning are high! :)
