I could NOT have seen this coming but yes, she is now in the hospital for the last 10-12 weeks of her pregnancy. I wonder how the insurance company that paid for the fertility treatments is feeling right now? 12 weeks in the hospital, a delivery that will include a cast of 100s, plus insurance coverage of 6 premature infants. GENIUS! Meanwhile, their fundraising and mediawhoring continues.

I'm fairly sure my insurance (military) covers shots and meds but not IVF. It was probably the same with them.

Yes, meds and intrauterine insemination. They did not do IVF, just drugged her up until she had 6 eggs in the pipeline. A lot of health insurance plans
won't even cover that though.

My sister's insurance will cover 70% of the cost of IVF. They will only implant two eggs though. They refuse to do more because of the risk of problems.
