Lasagna is just too much work. So frozen lasagna is the next best to someone else's homemade (I've never had a restaurant lasagna that was better than homemade -- I don't know why).
Here's my ranking of freezer-section lasagna:
1. Claimjumper Restaurant Frozen Lasagna with Meat Sauce
2. Costco Frozen Lasagna (meat)
3. Essensia Frozen Lasagna (meat or veggie only)
Post your fav froz lasag or similar freezer-section entree.

Okay, I'm cannibalizing my old thread 'cause the Yuku search feature just sucks, sucks and sucks.
I've assembled cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream of mushroom soup and onions for macaroni and cheese. I am going to add some kind of meat (cooked ground sausage or kielbasa), despite whatever you puritans preach about no meat.
So, what's makes your mac n' cheese the best?

I'm looking for a something creative, but tasty to cook using sweet potato as the primary ingredient. Something other than s-p casserole or s-p pie. Can you do s-p home fries? O'gratin?
