The course was not tested with the same intensity the players had.
It should have never been played with them tied together to each other either.

The challenge designers should be shot. We are lucky to even still have a show.

I'm not sure how you can even argue that he "did nothing" during Micronesia. He was taken out of the game! I'm not a what-if guy, but
shit....who knows what would have happened if the injury didn't take him out of the game? After the tribal switch, his new tribemates essentially viewed
him as the leader, including James. The game was his to own. He had everything at his fingertips...which I'm sure made it even more difficult knowing he
HAD to leave the game in such a powerful position. He could have broken up the showmance of James/Parvarti or sided with the fans. Each group needed his
vote.
Sorry, dude. He was in a POWER position when he left. |

He was ONLY in a power position because of the switch. He even admitted that himself.
You need to understand that he did NOT get there by his design. He was so bad his first season he HAD to switch tribes. He literally jumped on it. C'mon man, what show are you watching? |

Star, you can not dispute Jonathan's level of commitment, love and intensity for the game tho. That's what keeps the fans coming back to the show. To see players like him put their hearts and souls into it. |

StarRider, i dont disagree with anything you are saying, but wouldnt you have to agree that having the whereabouts to switch over when you know you are in
trouble where you are and then taking full advantage of a switch up when one is presented to you smart game play?

and Poverty would have been voted out if JF hadnt left. Ozzy would have gone if Ball of goo had balls. It happens all the time in this game. circumstances
change on a dime. So shut the fuck up about JC.

Token, i do. I really do. SovereignOne i see your point, but i can't give credit to him jumping to take advantage when it was because of his grating
personality that he had to jump tribes in the first place. Remember, he was really obnoxious the first time. He had zero tact. None. While i agree we LOVE guys
like that, it doesn't make them a good player in a game like this when above all else, it is a social game

StarRider wrote: First of all, he actually LEFT a power position in a secure alliance on Aitu to be the bottom feeder and constantly in danger on Raro. So IF ANYTHING, he made a moronic move by LEAVING power. That's probably the argument you should use. Secondly, I started to argue my point, but then I realized that I really didn't agree with it, so there was no point in trying. |

I've got to say, I never thought much of him as a player, but watching how hard he tried in the challenge with that gimpy leg, really made me feel for the
guy. He would NEVER have quit if it wasn't life threatening. Unlike Shet. Now that is a loser.

For real. Chet is a disgrace. Life isn't fair when a guy like Penner leaves like this and dog Chet quits even though he could have been with the current
power group.

Poor Jonathan... and why the fuck is Kathy so damn emotional... she's acting like she's known him since childhood. But don't fret everyone. Once ASS2 comes around Jonathan will be cast and will DOMINATE! |

Yea, that "I need you" shit was pathetic. What a weak person. I understand it was an emotional moment, but they weren't the right words.

While this entire game is heavily socially based, more than anything, it's based on luck and being in the right place at the right time. This game is full
of what-ifs. I'm not going to try to argue anymore, because you're going to believe what you want. I respect your opinion, Star....just don't
agree with it.
The only thing I will reiterate is that he was in the power position on his new tribe when he left. That is a FACT. That is not a what-if. We can all draw our own conclusions as to what might have happened if he would have stayed in the game. That's all. |

Really. They made it seem as if Jonathan Christ was the only thing keeling Kathy together and, without him, she would just have a meltdown. I'm sure it
was just editing.

Jonathan went down with a fighting spirit. Even if his strategems sucked clam dick and everybody hated his guts in his first season. As a player who maintained the integrity of the spirit of the game, he is one of the greats. |

And that's what galls me. I know the game is hard and nobody really knows what they're capable of doing until they get into the game itself. But after
all this time there's no excuse for quitting the game, whether you lay your torch down and say 'I quit' or you engineer your quit and get everyone
else to vote you off. There are players who are willing to destroy themselves to stay in the game, even when they know it's impossible for them to win.
And I can't be too pissed off enough over this. Yeah, you have a blister, big frickin' deal. You come back from Exile Island and hear that another contestant had to be dragged off for surgery to take care of something dangerous, having competed against them and seeing how badly they were limping around yet hearing how they tried to convince everyone to let them stay, and then you have the stones to go back to camp and ask them to vote you off over a blister because you're not man enough to lay down your torch? PUH-LEEZ! |

Bad Luck on Jonny....
it's bad luck on us viewers as well when the most exciting player has to leave because of medical reason. |
