Vyxsin posted on her MySpace page that Amazing Race Season 12 will be airing in AUSTRALIA on Seven Network, every Thursday at 9:30pm beginning on Thursday June
12th.

Hey i met Kynt and Vyxsin yesterday at the 5th Avenue Mall here in ANCHORAGE, ALASKA! They have received quite a reception here as all the local radio
stations - KFAT, KWHL, etc have been talking about them!
Vyxsin is even TALLER than she looks on TV, and Kynt wears platforms in real life so he is tall as well. They have been doing autograph signings here and hosting at rock shows, that kind of thing. One of the local radios stations had them on this morning and they did Amazing Race trivia. one of the questions was "who won the most recent season of the Amazing Race?" and none of the callers could remember. it was a funny moment! Kynt is very well spoken in real life and comes off as very kind. Vyxsin is a little on the shy side but very huggey. Kynt has a great sense of humor! all in all, they are both great with people. they have a larger than life presence and seem to really have fun with the "post race" experience. I'm glad to see they are succeeding. Vyxsin really has a future in modeling with Hot Topic. I am going to our local bar Koots to see them again on Friday. Pretty surreal seeing them in Anchorage! |

I couldn't agree more. But they are still fun people. They didn't win the race but judging by the reaction they are getting post-race, they might have won a much more long-lasting prize than any team in the game. |

Seeing them in person really made me understand why they were cast for the show. They are VERY comfortable in their skin and with themselves. The goth thing
and the make-up - you can tell it really makes them happy. They sparkle. and out of everyone on the Amazing Race 12, they unquestionably have the most
potential to be marketable "post race." I'm proud of them.

HEY GUYS! i am at the Reality Fundraiser in Louisville, KY....going to meet the RACERS here, Survivors, and Kynt and Vyxsin.
Apparently, Kynt and Vyxsin are the only team from Season 12 who bothered to show up lol |

OBSERVATIONS FROM THE REALITY TV SUPERSTAR FUNDRAISER IN LOUISVILLE KY:
(1) Kynt & Vyxsin - destined for greatness. no doubt about it. at the risk of sounding like a cheesy fangirl, they are EXCITING. the crowd of at least 300 people reacted more to them than ANY of the other Reality Stars in attendance: including ROMBER, Survivor Winners Todd Herzog and Chris Daugherty. (2) Rob & Amber - could they get any more WASHED UP? Rob sported sunglasses the entire NIGHT and avoided fan contact as much as possible (although this was advertised as an event to "MEET THE SUPERSTARS OF REALITY TV"). I asked him when TONTINE was coming out (if ever) and he shrugged me off angrily and said he was going to get a drink. I was happy to see that many of the attendees had either no idea who Rob & Amber were, or could care less that they were attending. (3) Reality Star + Crowd Interaction - This was an interesting thing to observe. There were far too many Survivors there. Most of the crowd had no idea who they were. There were only maybe 4 race teams. and the race teams got a MUCH bigger reaction from the crowd than the Survivors. (4) Survivors are very arrogant, the Racers were more humble. Although Kynt and Vyxsin cake on the makeup and obviously spent 3-4 hours working on their outfits, they were the most approachable people in the building. Always smiling, striking conversations, just fun people. Air Traffic controller Steve was VERY nice. Dave and Mary were cool, although Mary is kind of crazy but charming. The CHOS were in the house and were cool. The Survivors had that "We are the BIG celebrities here" vibe, which again was laughable since so few of them were actually recognized by fans. (5) Girls who are on Survivor get drunk FAST. (6) Most annoying people at the event = Romber (7) Most photographed people at the event = Kynt and Vyxsin. They should definitely be included in a future ALL STARS or FANS vs FAVORITES Amazing Race. I really didn't realize just how significant their fan following truly was until i saw it myself this past Saturday night. If anyone else here attended, please share photos! |
