It's not as if it's the first time Probst has called anyone out at tribal council. It's what he does.

The best part about the tribal council was James becoming unglued. I loved the way James went down fighting-to get kicked off like a roaring lion whereas
Aaron lay down like a dead dog, ready to roll over just to stay.

The person who outright says "VOTE ME OFF" usually ends up staying. Oh the irony.

Well when you really think about it, Aaron and James would be the first few targets after merge, so why vote them pre-merge? So they can target non threats
like Courtney and PG?
That makes lots of sense. They should have used Aaron and James' strength against them, and struck a deal with them that if they win the next two challenges, that Aaron and James would be safe post merge. |

it's all irrelevant
their biggest mistake was letting Aaron and James know they threw the challenge... |

How fucking stupid is fucking Pee Gee and Jaime. I understand that this was a great move on there part, but the stupid part is laughing about it, giggling
about it like fucking idiots, and most of all TELLING AARON & JAMES!
So next week the best case scenario is James makes Zhan Hu Lose the reward challenge, i'd love for him to just lie down on the ground waiting for the challenge to be over, and the whole tribe screaming at him. Or if its a reward challenge where they have to run into that place he could just tell one of the people he's throwing it and to kidnap him, cuz he has shit to tell em. Fei Long wins immunity, kidnap James, James tells them what they plan to do, throwing the immunity challenges and shit. Hopefully Fei Long tribe is smart and they lose on purpose and vote Shrea out, and James will be fuckin laughin ! |

Probably a good idea if you're a man, but just watch MB screw those foolish women with a twist. It's almost as certain as the sun will rise.

It was a stupid move:
1. They assume Sherea and Frosti will be loyal to them after a merge. Not a good assumption. They'll have plenty of time to bond with their new tribe. 2. Best case scenario, they're at 5-5 post-merge, which is not a definite advantage. Stupid strategy. 3. After a merge, PG and Jaime should be safe for a while. The targets will be immunity challenge threats. Aaron, James, John Robert, Frosti will be targets. They'd have lots of chances to build aliiances post-merge. Physically weak players like PG and Jaime should just be trying to get to the merge. After the merge, they'd be safe for quite a while. Now they've made themselves targets post-merge. Who is ever going to trust them now? |

1. They assume Sherea and Frosti will be loyal to them after a merge. Not a good assumption. They'll have plenty of time to bond with their new tribe.Because Aaron and James, both of whom have at least two other allies each on Fei Long, would stick with the three Zhan Hu's, right? I think it's much more likely Sherea and Frosti stay loyal than it is James and Aaron would ditch their alliances to join the Zhan Hu's. Sherea and Frosti would be bottom rungs anyway and would just ultimately be the 6th and 7th placers. There's no fucking reason to keep James and Aaron over Sherea and Frosti. 2. Best case scenario, they're at 5-5 post-merge, which is not a definite advantage. Stupid strategy.Yeah, Zhan Hu should've been smart and gone to the merge down 7-3 and get Pagonged, rather than at least take a gamble and possibly even win over an isolated player like Jean-Robert or Denise. They kinda fucked up by admitting they threw the challenge, but the problem with those immunity whores is that, surprise, they'll win immunity. It's kinda hard to take out someone like, say, Tom Westman or Terry when they win every fucking immunity possible. I still don't think it really makes them that big targets, though, other than maybe causing them to leave earlier than they would've otherwise if Fei Long get the upper hand at merge. I'd say throwing the challenge was the obvious move. They had nothing at all to lose, and a level playing field come merge to gain, and without Fei Long's two biggest challenge whores to boot. |

Well considering after JR, Denise, and James are gone, it will be Snow White(Amanda) and the seven dwarves, so yeah. I see your point, Mega.

Them being that obvious about it was a bit uncalled for though.Totally reeks of arrogance and stupidity. |

I was hoping both teams would try to throw the challenge. Then they would all be competing Scout-style and the challenge would last foreverr.

That's where your argument blows up. Erik goes first, then its just PG and Jaime. |

Hahaha. Aaron got Silased!
I think that it was a good move on Peih Gee's and Jaime's part. I don't really think that the arrogance aspect of the move is such a big deal - I mean, once the challenge was thrown and lost, it was over. They have to throw the next one and it doesn't really matter that James now realizes that he's screwed - he can't do anything about it. He can't win the challenge on his own (despite some people here believing otherwise.) Sure, it's a gamble, but a gamble is better than sealing your own fate, because there was no way that Fei Long would have gotten rid of John Robert (who's proven to be good at challenges) over Frosti and Sherea, who have ties to the other tribe. They got rid of Leslie because they suspected that she would join Zhan Hu. No, I don't think that Todd would send JR packing before Frosti/Sherea - he'll be a physical threat come merge and will have a target on his back. |

It's hard to tell if it was a good move yet or not. There's a lot of factors to take into account. What if they don't merge at 10? What if
Sherea or Frosti get offered a better deal on Fei Long? It was a risky move that might pay off, but the one thing I don't like about it was how smug Jaime
and PG were about it. I would've loved at tribal council if Jeff told the tribe that James and Aaron were immune from being voted off. Jaime seems
reasonably smart, but the only reason I want it to backfire is because of how smug her and PG were.

I don't get why everyone is so angry that PG, Eric, and Jamie did what their only option was. They now have a chance at a 5-5 at merge and all they had to
do was throw challenges.
I love having alpha males leave because frankly I am sick of them winning. They are a dime in a dozen. I am ready for the fierce bitches to win. Courtney, Jamie, and PG FTW! |
