Yes, I was bothered by his lack of knowledge or social tact,but as far as the latter goes, they were all a bunch of scumbags whom I wouldn't want to associate with either, so I don't blame Zach. I don't think there is anything wrong with playing low key early on, it certainly worked for Dan, did it not? You would have to be a fool to think that the producers didn't know that Eric could never get audience approval for veto use, that is the difference. Noone forced them to keep Eric week 5, but Eric was forced to keep Daniele at f7, that is blatent rigging, there is a difference between rigging and producer manipulation. If it wasn't rigged, Dani leaves at f7, and it is a Dick/Zach f2 where Zah wins. That is solid stratagy.

Bah, fuck it. I'll keep it simple this time. There was nothing to 'overthink', will. Its simple math. Regardless of who he uses it on, if he uses it, Dani goes home and he automatically becomes Dick's F2 partner, a F2 where Zach easily wins. Diane and Memphis were in the exact same position. Golly, wasn't hard for them to make the right decision!

As for 'laying low', um no. He tried hard, he failed miserably. Thats a far cry from Dan, who could win, but chose to scale himself back given the backlash over Brian, a move that certainly helped him tremendously. Zach was a nothing player that got ignored because everyone in his alliance was a far better player than him, even Kail, and they got picked off while Zach was ignored because he was a nothing.

You want proof that he's the worst? Easy. The shit for brains actually allowed himself to get into the F4 with a father and daughter pair when he could have singlehandedly made that impossible by making the biggest no brainer decision in the history of the show. And then the next round when its too late for him to do anything, the douche nominates the two and makes this big speech despite the fact that F4 noms are completely meaningless and that he could have solved things easily by simply making the right decision a mere couple of days prior. Zach may have not made the 'stupidest decision in game history' (that'd be Jacob IMHO), but he's easily the stupidest player to play this game.

Good analysis. I would add that not only was Zach a shitty player, he managed to come out of the show with almost no fans. And the people he groveled to the most (Dick and Dani) hate him, even though he helped them win.
