My favorite girl paired with my favorite guy (of the ones left, of course) <3
I think Allie and Izaak will work beautifully together. |

I hope so! Francis + Danny + Vincent + Nico would mean 4 straight Quebec men booted in a row = LOL.Are we sure Nico is straight?.... Am definitely less thrilled to watch this week, and haven't bought tickets to the show either. Disappointed that our Surrey gurl won't be on the show and Vincent. I cried more than Leah!! |

Can't believe Arrassay is already gone.
KKKanada and MANada victory!!! |

Uh Roadblocker. Isaak and Lisa are both left.. definitely not a KKKanada thing happening here. A man winning though.. highly likely with the tween/teen girl
viewership very high.
Also wanted to add, I am glad that Emanuel Sandhu did not pollute the show with his presence this season. |

Ah, but then "in a row" would be redundant if you meant it that way...

Damn, I knew that shitty Izaak kid would ruin things for Allie.

It is kind of small. Splurge and go for the full 100x100 pixels.

I just saw the CTV preview of the show, and one of the supposedly "good" dances looked a little sloppy (the cha-cha). I'm a little less excited,
since even though it was only a fraction of a second clip, you'd think they'd show a "wow" segment of the dance to entice viewers.
I also just realized something (pretty slow, I know); I said Benji's choreography was cursed as more of a joke before (all three of his pre top 10 routines were in the B3, but this confirms it). Arassey and Izaak did the lindy hop, and one is in the B2, the other gets eliminated. I think it's safe to say that Canada does NOT like Benji! I wish they would ask Dmitry to choreograph more instead (he's so much better). Hopefully he can choreograph a sexy latin routine for Natalli and... some guy (Nico, I guess, because he is the sexiest guy left, even though none of the remaining men have much telent in the latin dances, so it would be a bit of a waste).

I would love to see more Anya/Pasha, and you can never get enough Dmitry.
And that was my 666th post? I should edit it to make it more milestonish... |

Honestly, apart from Danny and Francis, all the other men suck in ballroom.
Benji choreographed one fantastic routine though (Pasha and Sara's West coast swing). So he isn't completely useless. I would be interested in seeing Lacey choreograph. |

Just saw the episode, it was pretty good.
The disco was actually one of the better routines. I don't think it was as good as Vincent/Arassey, but I must say, Natilli outdanced Nico. I will also say that they worked well in their lifts together. They were quite smooth. The hip-hop was NOT good. Allie was actually a mess, not hard hitting at all. Izaak was better, but not by much. The contemporary piece was pretty hammy and melodramatic. After a while I asked myself "so, when does the dancing start?" The reason I really appreciated Vincent/Natalli's routine is because, along with great preformances, they have a lot of dancing to go with it. Same with Lisa/Vincent's routine. But this had very little dancing. Miles stood there most of the time while Lisa made out with the mirror (which started to have distacting prints all over it). The preformances were powerful, but very over the top. Quite a manipulative routine in many ways, making me think that "dead realtive" routines should be BANNED from the show since they all suck. Anyway, the quickstep was also really good. The stuff in between the holds was sharp and in unison (well, it was sharp from Natalli... didn't watch Nico as much), and the lifts were incredibly graceful. The jazz was okay. I loved Izaac's solo at the beginning, but the rest seemed a little sloppy from both dancers. I just wasn't very impressed. The cha-cha was, in my opinion, inconsistent. Some parts were fast, sharp, and sexy (mostly from Lisa), and then some parts were slow and sloppy. As for the solos, it was nice of Miles to show a different style (it was similar to Katie Lee's audition), but I like his harder hitting stuff better. Nico was... Nico. Lisa and Natalli were both okay (I apreciated them showing a different side to them). Izaak was good, and although I need to watch it again (check for slips), Allie looked good too. I hate how they ordered the dancers. Everyone knows that dancers that preform early are usually forgotten by the end, and so they need to balance out the orders of solos and routines. So, despite weaker preformances, Lisa and Allie will be more remembered because Lisa had the last preformance routine, and Allie had the last solo, while Natalli had her last dance a little more than half way through the show... BOOOO! The first preformers should always do solos last. Allie had a really off night. I do not want her in the finals. Her preformance quality is always one note and really flat, so her technique and bubbly personality is her strongest asset. But tonight she didn't dance very well at all. Anyway, that means Natalli is in trouble, so VOTE FOR HER! 1-877-977-4602. She had a really strong night, so that probably means she's gone. I'm ACTUALLY power voting for her. I NEVER do that!

I hope Allie's fanbase is enough to carry her through. |

Yeah, I'm sure her fanbase will get her through, but I really hope it doesn't. I don't think she deserves it over the other two. Besides, a
Lisa/Natalli routine will be the closest we get to a sexy girl/girl routine we got in season 1. If Allie makes it, either tey will have to make one of those
crappy girl/girl routines we have seen since season 1 (seriously, they've all sucked), or they will have her try to be sexy, and she will pale in
comparison to what might have been.

After wasting battery on my iphone last week voting my ass off for Vincent and Arassay, I can't be bothered this week. But I would be voting for Natalli. I
think she is the most improved and most diverse dancer that is left. I love her solos, and remember when she had problems remembering choreography??
And her attitude is so much more light and fun loving compared to early shows. My two front runners at the beginning of the top 20 plateaued along the way. That is Nico and Alli I agree with most of what you said liltimmy. NiCO had nothing on Vincent in getting the feel of disco. He did the steps well, but it felt like a contemporary dancer doing disco. I BELIEVED Vincent. I remember dancing to Knock on Wood at a local teen disco and Vincent and Arassay would have killed as professional disco dancers. And Allie was far better at the quickstep than Natali. But Natali still blows me away with her ability to %%%%+ into any type of dance and make it believable. Worst of the night was the hip hop, and the cha cha wasn't all that in my mind. Miles did great, but compare any of the other girls doing cha cha to Lisa and she is dead last in technique in this dance. Lisa looked like a guy in drag in that outfit and routine (my partner's observation, to which I agreed). Winner of the night is definitely Natalli. |
