(how silly of me). About the gay dancers, there's a youtube user on Joey's hip-hop video saying he knows Joey and that he has a girlfriend (actually, several poster's say so)... It'd be nice to have a judge who actually judges on this show (seriously, do they EVER mention technique)? Also, apparently Paul Becker is choreographing again, which is less yay worthy (I predict it's a contemporary routine with Lara and Miles. Hopefully all fav teams (read: Dallie and Lisa/Vincent) will be on the hot tamale train. I know, (although include Natalli on that list). It makes me wish she was here last week, when those dancers were amazing. Now Danny/Allie might get hip-hop or something and not be great at it, and Lisa/Vincent might get ballroom, and not be terriffic. I hope she's been watching the show to know how good some of them are, and not base it all on this week (if any of them do badly). I hope she can give her opinion on what she's thought of most of their dancing during other weeks as well.

It seemed to me that when she was on AusSYTYCD she did comment on their growth on the show and believe that she spoke of their previous performances. I think they have to have an idea of what is going on on the show. edited to add: That reminded me around this week during the Australian version, they had a surprise challenge where the couples had to choose their music and costumes and choreograph their own short dance routine. I actually hope that Canada does something original like that. It would definitely showcase the dancers ability to improvise and choreograph, as well as working with their partner. In the middle of the concert, they showed Canada's top 14 dancers. It was pretty stupid if you ask me. They literally had them stand behind a wall... Lifted the wall, and then they just walked out into the middle of the stage... I'm 99% sure they didn't even introduce them induvidually... Why couldn't the Canadian's have a 3 minute dance of glory or something? It would have boosted ratings, I just don't know why they had them stand there and walk off. Mary Murphy got called out for being in the audience, why wouldn't she come? She is the guest host this week :p They did the FUNNIEST thing though (The US dancers). Right before the encore routine, they had one last farewell each dancer seperately... They each walked up through the middle of the stage, and all pretended to do Blake's leg torpedo jump thing... and each failed miserably (jokingly, I remember Will and someone else walked up and held their leg and just shuck their head 'nah' and walked away). Obviously, only Joshua made the jump, Twitch just missed it. I couldn't stop laughing. God I hope there's a youtube of it eventually!
