Naw, this is baseball. It's too long a season with too many ups and downs to be cocky. I'm much more relaxed about it than football. I'm just going with the thread flow right now.

anything that happens to Wood is a moot point. He's starts off too shakey to be a closer and he can't go deep enough to be a starter.

The Mets are elite right now. The Marlins are a better team. The Phils are looking like the 85 win, 3rd place team where Ryan Howard is their only real offensive production.
At least Atlanta will struggle and not compete. |
