I'm a smoker for humanitarian reasons. Every time I feel like killing a random person, I light a cigarette instead. It's the sacrifice I make for the
good of everyone.

I quit smoking four years ago and feel like it was a major victory! I used the patch and Welbutrin to do it. Kaiser paid all but $10 for each of the
prescriptions! The dreams were strikingly realistic and a little frightening, but interesting to the extreme!
All of you who are trying to quit...I SALUTE YOU!! Please take strength from the knowledge that your body will feel so much better without all the toxins from smoking. |

Today was the first day of my second try - withOUT Chantix this time. I couldn't deal with the side-effects.
Cigs were $1.90 a pack when I started. I wanted to cry when they were $7.00 over the weekend. That's just insanity. So, thank you, Barack, for making me quit so you can't more tax dollars out of me. PS: I give myself until Friday night ... I CAN"T DRINK AND NOT SMOKE! |

I'm gonna breakdown and buy some tonight, I just know it. I just want ONE every night as an after-work and after-life destresser.
Someone either talk me INTO or OUT OF this decision, thanks. (i'm so super frustrated today and I feel very on edge - like I have nothing to cry about, but I might cry anyway ... uggggh ... omg no one make me cry, please. hahaha) |

SOA, in order to quit smoking, you have to WANT to quit.
By the sound of it, I don't think you are there yet. |

I do want to ... I just don't want to not have one tonight. Is that so wrong?
