Not sure about Dick. If Dick was on BBAS2, BB might not be able to get some people to participate. I'm saying there will be people on BB9-12 who the viewers and BB would like to see again who will say "not if that asshole is in the house." Many people won't want to deal with the possibility of 80 days with someone so abusive. We've seen he's allowed to dump tea on people, blow smoke in their face, hock loogies all over the yard making it disgusting to walk in, lock player's belongings in the HOH room, bang pots and pans over sleeping HG's heads, rant, rave, cuss, and demean people - all these things he did and got away with, and no doubt he'd push the envelope further if he were back (I'm thinking he'd throw his feces at someone ala Silence of the Lambs, or spit in someone's face).

This is entertainment to some viewers, but if you're going to actually be subjected to it firsthand I think you'd have a different opinion. I don't think Jen would agree to play if Dick were there. I think many others in future seasons wouldn't either. He wouldn't be easy to get rid of because he's a "big target", the kind of person some HG's would want to keep around because other HG's would want to get rid of him so bad. Unless you go in there and get him on your side early, you have to be willing to accept major abuse.
