Well, my Rewind station showed the same show as last week, the Top Four show. I hate it when they do that. But, I guess I'll try to stay up and watch it on Fox at midnight.

I think Kimberly sang all three of her songs beautifully and wanted her to be in the F2 so badly. I'm kind of astonished that she thinks they gave her bad songs to sing, as I enjoyed the first two far more than the one she chose for herself. As much as I can't stand her now, I can be honest about that. They screwed Clay by giving him that crappy "Vincent" song, and then the incomprehensible Pauler told Clay she was giving him a song that would forever prove he was no lounge singer. And the song turned out to be Mack The Knife (!!), proving her to be the dingaling we all suspected anyway. I think Clay did a fantastic job on it, though, but I agree with Simon that he oversang UM, probably because he thought it was his one chance of "bringing it" after the crap they chose for him to sing. He sings it far better on his demo album, where it's more understated and beautiful. I think he was lucky that he had a humongous fan base - we all voted like mad and he made it through. I'm glad that Ruben made it, too - now, that is. At the time I was furious that it wasn't Kim. I got over Clay not winning that season long ago as he didn't disappear from sight and has had a wonderful career so far with many more surprises as big as Spamalot to come, I hope.

Well, I went to YouTube to watch it yet again, and it certainly was gloriously done. I had to lmao, though. To the right of the video was a list of other K-lo songs and a version of Inseperable done by Jasmalien. My gosh, it was an absolute train wreck compared to Kim's.
