I don't hate Janelle. I just don't worship her. Clearly she is good at the crappy comps in BB. But beyond that she doesn't seem to possess any real talent or personality. Personally I am just bored now and if she has moved on from BB that is great. There is really only one BB HG that has ever held my attention or interest for more than the season they were on and he is the one that defined the game. Bring on the new people!

well i would say james made janelle look pretty good, because he was a huge hypocrite in allstars. i do think he had some points about how things where handled in week 4, diane was never in the bb6 alliance. he always acted like the reason he lost the game was, because of janelle instead of the fact he stupidly aligned with chilltown. going after the bb6 alliance was dumb for several reasons. no matter his feelings about them, they wouldn't have gone after him until toward the end of the game, howie was never a threat because he sucked at the comps/was a jury vote for james (if he wasn't final 2 with janelle/kaysar), and after janelle was considered the next biggest comp threat. it was danielle/boogie that nominated him both times not a bb6er.

first off sunflower hit it right on the head with james in AS. i to this day stand by the fact he went against the Sovs for one reason and one reason only... air-time. i truly believe it was pre-meditated from the start with him, and i think he wanted to prove that he was better then they were. during the transistion from 6 to 7 and the phenomenon that was the Sovs, he was for the most part left out (mainly because of bad game play from howie, but it was the case none the less). the majority of the talk was about kaysar, janey, and howie, and how they and they alone had saved BB. james came into BB7 not trusting them for the start and set out to carve his own legacy, and if he (and danielle) had thought it through a little better, instead of targeting the Sovs from Week 4 and a half on, if they had gone after the floaters first, thus james playing up his loyality to the sovs throughout the next 3 weeks, and then playing hard for an HOH win the week it came down to L.O.D and the Sovs would have been a much better play. overall, james was a great physical threat (only 2nd to Janey) and a decent strategical player, but was too emotional and too near sighted to truly get anywhere in AS. and in the end, by doing what he did he shifted even more attention over to Janey, when the majority of it was already going to the Sovs, CT, and showmance city.

and just a quick word on janey... first off i am shocked that this thread is still going strong on page one. since BB has ended i am only on here once or twice a week and am always a little stunned to see so much discussion about this when it seems the majority of the folk "want to move on from janey, the sovs, and all-stars". however, that is not the point i am trying to make here, and also want to say i am not picking a fight, but i am curious why it is for the most part, that whenever janey's dominance is brought up the comps are "crappy". now i agree that for the most part, 97 percent on the HOHs suck and there are some really lackluster POVs, yet this is never brought up when say ED wins an HOH or POV, when James wins an HOH or POV, or even Dani. what janey did over the course of two years is impressive. yes the games are the equivalent to something you would see on Double Dare (2000), but out of the 15 someodd wins she had, i would say a good portion of them included athletics in some form or fashion, and the others required intelligeance. i love janey, but am sensible enough to not be completley ga-ga over her like some. i just wish that there could be a balance between the die hards absolute idolization of her and her accomplishments in comps and the haters (not saying that you are one SimplyKim) absolute disgust and "anyone could do it" attitude about it. that is most likely too much to ask for from this divided fandom of ours, but it would be nice, because if you really think about it, her reign was truly phenomenal.
