Unfortunately some of the haters have not. They still email me hateful messages saying that I am a horrible person and that I am a fat cow. Look I get it! Your jealous of me and don't like me. But get a life. The haters have now sunk to an all time by emailing my new boyfriend over myspace saying a bunch of nasty things about me. It's embarraasing. He doesn't know care about Big Brother stuff. It is pointess to email him links to my mug shot and links to Micheals phony letter. I don't think she ever was truly a badass. I just think that the Nerd Herd was so repugnant that she looked great by comparison. The bloom started to come off her rose in BBAS and even more so last year because there was no Nerd Herd around to prop her.

I don't hate Janelle. I just don't worship her. Clearly she is good at the crappy comps in BB. But beyond that she doesn't seem to possess any real talent or personality. Personally I am just bored now and if she has moved on from BB that is great. There is really only one BB HG that has ever held my attention or interest for more than the season they were on and he is the one that defined the game. Bring on the new people!

In BB6, Janelle was the lesser of evils.

It always bothered me that our younger generation idolized someone of her obvious caliber--con artist and recipient of "sponsor" attentions. In less polite society, they are called "Johns."

It also bothers me that people idolize someone that points to the message on his T-shirt--"I'm probably lying!" He's NOT even cute! Blah! I could like his personality as it pertains to the game . . . but I wouldn't want to know him in real life. Yes, I think "What you see is what you get" when it comes to Will.

I actually like Janelle, but I recognize that she has alot of flaws, and guess what, I still like her. I could care less if shes vain, superficial or whatever, shes very bright(though not a good strategical player by any means), funny, has a great personality and its fun to watch. I leave it at that. I have no interest in her personal life

I also liked Janelle in BB6, but am not exactly sure why. Come to think of it, I am not really sure if I actually liked her, or if I just hated the NH so much that she pailed in comparison. I loathed her in AS....and now, oh lord! Yes, she was bad-ass at the comps, but I think her greed is what gave her that extra edge, not her competiveness.

Can someone explain to me why CBS had Janelle come back to host a competition if it is so established that she interfered with the game? Wouldn't the producers be annoyed enough to keep her off the show? I presume that the banner incident is being referenced since I don't see how some parting comments to the houseguests expressing her feelings about them could be thought of as interference.

they had her come back because they knew people would watch if she was there. it's really as simple as that. that doesn't mean she didn't send a banner. she said she was going to----then the posts about it were quickly deleted.

i was hoping they wouldn't use her because of it, but it's all about the bottom line so it's really no surprise that they did.

Curiosity question about the logistics of sending a banner. This one seemed to be effective because it was sent during an outside endurance competition. How did they know when that comp was being held? Can banner towers respond so rapidly that the sender could see the comp start when the feeds went to vortex and still have time to order a banner?

shit, they know what night the live show is. they know there will be a competition in the backyard. that's easy. once the show is rolling and they're out there, they can't get them inside in time not to see it. and the comp always comes at the end of the hour. it's the perfect time to send one if you're going to do it.

ETA: it was an endurance comp too, so they were out there awhile.

well i would say james made janelle look pretty good, because he was a huge hypocrite in allstars. i do think he had some points about how things where handled in week 4, diane was never in the bb6 alliance. he always acted like the reason he lost the game was, because of janelle instead of the fact he stupidly aligned with chilltown. going after the bb6 alliance was dumb for several reasons. no matter his feelings about them, they wouldn't have gone after him until toward the end of the game, howie was never a threat because he sucked at the comps/was a jury vote for james (if he wasn't final 2 with janelle/kaysar), and after janelle was considered the next biggest comp threat. it was danielle/boogie that nominated him both times not a bb6er.

The only thing I found impressive about Janelle was her friendship with Kaysar.
But then again, she is probably used to fake-friendships with Middle Eastern dudes.
