Coby posted some first names of supposed contestants in the S16 forum, but not much has been confirmed yet.
Spoilers for S16 will probably start to trickle in now that filming is over and contestants are back home. I expect it will be a heavily spoiled season. |

Gosh yes the spoilers for this season are going to be a mess, which is to say they're probably going to be point-by-point and include every major line of
dialogue. God bless our little Eliza - I just love her to death - but seriously, how is a season supposed to go unspoiled when she was there?

How's it going for them so far over in 16+? I saw a subject line Survivor 16 Boot Spoiler, as well as one or two other equally vague references that made
me think maybe the fun time to go read over there about contestant identity spoiling was over, but don't know how bad it is or isn't in actuality.

Avoid it entirely - there are a few boot spoilerish posts, and enough other stuff to fuck with your head if you don't want to know anything.

Yeah, if you want to stay unspoiled, you should probably stay out of the 16+ forum. There's been a couple boot spoilers, and while I personally find at
least one of them to be quite dubious, you never know. Better safe than sorry!

So I see over in the s16+ forum there's a new thread entitled "boot order s16". I assume that means somebody posted a complete boot list, and
since I plan to try my hardest to remain unspoiled for this season (I have a feeling I would have enjoyed ASS a whole lot more if I didn't know going into
episode 1 that the final 4 was Amber, Mariano, Jenna & Rupert) I'm obviously not going to venture into that thread, but for anybody who did take a
glance at it - I'm curious, do you guys think it seems credible? Or is it just some schmuck posting bullshit again.
I'd just like to be aware of whether or not there's actually a credible list out already (and there's still a week until the cast is even officially announced!) so I can be extra careful as to where I venture here on Sucks. |

It's most likely fake. But the boot spoilers are starting to come in, so it's best to stay out of that forum entirely if you don't want to be
spoiled.

There are hardly any spoilers for Micronesia.
1st and 2nd boots are virtually 100% spoiled. There are quite a few "leaves early".. But the merge to the end game are virtually unspoiled, apart from a few "goes far" There is no boot list order as of yet. |

That's not quite true. There's no "bootlist" as such, but there are a lot of spoilers coming in. It's just a matter of figuring out
which spoilers are legit and which ones aren't. There are quite a few conflicting spoilers at the moment.

Thanks for keeping us informed in this thread guys. I used to read all the spoilers and boot lists up through Palau, but after that realized I enjoyed the
seasons a whole lot more when I didn't know who was getting the boot going into each episode. Although in recent seasons, once the spoilers come in
it's been getting much harder to go anywhere Survivor-related on the web and not see something. Back at the beginning of China I was poking around over at
Survivor Fever and foolishly went to vote in their "Who Has The Best Chance At Winning" poll, or whatever it was called. Only the first couple of
episodes of China had even aired yet, and for no apparent reason Todd, Amanda & Courtney had about 95% of the votes. Suffice it to say I figured that was a
pretty telling sign of who the final three were.

My advice would be to stay away from any of the "Who do you think will win?" threads. Those are always notorious for being filled with spoilers. I
would avoid them completely if you want to remain unspoiled.

FYI - There's a thread over in Sucks about the title of Micronesia's first episode - "You Guys Are Dumber Than You Look". The poster says in
the starting post what he thinks the title means based on something that's apparently rumored to happen in the first episode (in regards to who's
rumored to be leaving in episode 1).
Stay away from that thread if you don't want Micronesia's first episode to possibly be spoiled for you! |

Really, the only way to get Speckers to comply by the rules is PEER PRESSURE. So whenever Speckies feel like somebody is posting Spoilers in Spec it is UP TO
THEM to call people out and make them edit their posts.
There are WAY too many people in Spec ready to PISS IN THE POOL, read Spoilers before posting in Spec, in order to give them some supposed advantage in Spec and the supposed GLORY that might ensue. So much so, I'd fathom that 30% of the Spec Pool is actually PISS. And you just have to acknowledge THAT and DEAL. Despite there being Spoilers and the MESS Hall where you are allowed to Spec upon Spoilers, completely LEGALLY. Lots of people want to CHEAT. When I EDIT a post in Spec doesn't that lend CREDENCE that the post is a TRUE SPOILER. Then, those that MONITOR what I EDIT are given spoilers? NEW RULES: In S17 forward, there will be NO SPECULATION as to who WINS or GOES FAR in EDGIC, only RATINGS and explanation/justification of the ratings. Speculation about Winners/Placement will be confined to a separate Thread. Because Edgic has been a place for SPOILED people to try to gain some board cred by PRETENDING to be unspoiled while specking. It's OVER. DONE. If you read Spoilers, confine yourselves to Spoilers or the MESS Hall. Keep your ass OUT of Spec. PERIOD. |
