I enjoyed this movie but the killer's house bugged me. He had just moved in, so what was the deal with that apparent labyrinth under the house? It was like
the freakin bat cave down there. Looked like something complicated that would take time to build (along with the secret operating room upstairs).

Didn't see it. But 'It Lives Again' is coming on MOJOHD right now! Heh. The only thing I remember about this and 'It's Alive' are those
creepy one-sheets, the first one with the crib and the deformed hand sticking out, and then the birthday cake with the claw mark chunk out of it for this film.
Huh. Credits just said 'It's Alive 2'. That's weird. |

I knew the girl was new. The killer had been living there a while? I guess I assumed he hadn't been because of the other murders in another state (Texas?).
So he was just transporting the bodies back then. It's been almost a year since I saw this so I dunno what I missed.

This just in: 'It Lives Again' could be an effective cure for insomnia. Twenty minutes in and virtually nothing has happened. Chick is still pregnant.
The cinematography is reminiscent of 'Mitchell'. Dialog excerpts: "Why did you let him touch you?" "Why are all these police here?"
"I suppose it has nothing to do with you watching my house the other night." "I was a doctor before I became a bad actor."
Okay, not the last one. But you get the idea. Okay, she's finally in the stirrups. Let's see if we get some carnage. |

hospital. Nobody's dead. There's no monster. 'He's protecting this woman's right to have a baby'. A full three or four minutes of
wheelin this whiny bitch through the hospital, in the elevator, out the door, down the ramp...loading her into a truck...ARRRRGGH.

Since I get most of my movie recommendations from OT, I just watched Disturbia. It was an OK modernized adaptation of Rear Window. The girl had a nice ass.

I like him. I like that he's not the typical snotty, entitled young star. I think he'll be great in the new Indiana Jones. And I love that they are
bringing back Marion! I hope she kicks some major ass.
Elway...yeah, some of it was too much, but I just liked the suspense. I love those kind of movies that scare you with anticipation. I'm not into scary gore movies. I find the blood and goo kinda redundant after a while. |
