Are the Celtics the real deal, or do the Knicks just suck that bad?

The thing that pisses me off is that the Bulls could have had Garnett et al., if John Paxson wasn't so fucking gun-shy about pulling the trigger on a deal
for him last season.
And the Bulls, a jump shooting team, can't hit the broad side of a barn with their jump shots. That is all. |

Holy shit, the Sixers FINALLY fired King. That's the best move they've made since picking Iverson in 96.

Can we just pencil in a Spurs-Celtics final right now, or is that being a tad premature?
I guess the Suns could beat the Spurs, but only if they get the #1 seed and home court advantage. |

Until the Knicks clean house, by firing Thomas and getting rid of Hidden Slouching Son (James Dolan), I will not be a fan.
I will follow them in the news and clips for one reason and one reason only: anything that announces of the above ^ That is all. |

The Knicks are the Britney Spears of pro sports. Follow them for the trainwreck.

The fans were chanting "Fire Isiah"again last night at the Garden. I feel for the guy but my Knicks have become the laughing-stock of the NBA.
Thomas knows talent but he doesn't know what to do with it. Dolan, please stop the madness and bring Van Gundy back. |

I guess the Suns could beat the Spurs, but only if they get the #1 seed and home court advantage. That hasn't worked for the Suns in the recent past. Last year's debacle (games one, four and five excluded) had the Spurs winning at least one game
in Phoenix, and Dallas has won at Phoenix as well in the playoffs. It's even arguable that the Spurs would have won game one last year even if Nash came
back in the game.

:) I know, I'm just looking for any slim possibility that the Spurs won't win another championship this year. Even though they probably will.
