first photo spoilers for TAR 12!! Thanks to puddin, we now have pictures of teams, tasks, and locations from the Dubrovnik leg, filmed on
July 19.

Is there a leg in Vegas? My ex called me last night, he works at the Stratosphere Hotel... he said the Amazing Race was going there sometime last night, that in the lounge in the Tower they had a challenge set up. He took a picture of something (he hasn't sent it to me yet) but as of midnight when he clocked out nothing had happened yet. |

That'd be interesting if the Vegas thing is true. Would they have cast TAR13 so quickly and sent them off around the world based off their Emmy win or off
the season that debuts later in the TV year?

Both TAR 12 and TARA 2 have completed filming. And I think even the Brazilian race is supposed to air soon.
And we have a pretty good idea of several of Phil's scheduled events this fall, up through Nov. 16, so he isn't doing any TAR racing just now either. |

i was IMing the other night with a friend who actually WORKS at LAX airport, she was there when the Amazing Race teams passed through and she got a clear look at all of the teams from very close proximity. she said that most of the teams were "standard" (yawn) Amazing Race teams - the dating couples, MACTORS, etc,but the team that struck her eye the most, by far, was a team consisting of two GOTH girls. she got a great look at them and said they were absolutely beautiful, but not in the standard "mactor" kind of way! i certainly hoped this was true, and by the looks of the girl in the spoiler pics with the BLACK hair, BLACK dress, and pink hat, it looks like my friend has come through with some NEW info! it's great to see the new photos and see different people represented on the show. i think i have a FAVORITE team for Amazing Race 12 already and i haven't even seen a single episode |

from the caps it looks like we have an Asian team (couple), a black couple, an ALPHA MALE TEAM *gasp*, and another which looked like a white couple?? couldnt
really tell.

There were apparently 6 or 7 teams there. I think we can see 4 different teams in those pics.

The Goth Girls seem to be a strong team from the information we have. At that point in the race, it was down
to the Final 6 or 7, so they'd already beaten 4 or 5 other teams...maybe even 6, if they started with 12. Reports also indicate that the Goths probably
finished in second place on that leg, only a few minutes behind the first place finishers.
