Parvati went to the Yule Ball with Harry in book four. Her twin sister Padma went with Ron. Ron and Harry were asses and ignored them all night because they were so upset about Cho and Hermione respectivly. I used to love Harry Potter. Not so much now though...
Her name was pronounced differently though. It was like "Par-VA-tee." This one is "PAR-vi-tee" |

I have some friends who named their daughter Nellah. They happen to have one of the most common surnames in the USA, so they wanted something unusual, and they just liked the way the name sounded. She's 16 now, and a very nice kid, who likes having a name that's different from everyone else's.

Shii Ann is an Asian name. No relationship to Cheyenne or any other english spelling. The double i =hard e sound. I suspect the original name is pronounced differently. |

I remember reading that Neleh's name is her maternal grandmother's name spelled backwards.

Chances are you never met someone named Lex because their real name is Alexander or Alexandra. |
