Dear God,
PLEASE help Sangina to pick the ultimate song for latin week. By the ultimate song I inherently mean the Macarena. Thanks |

Sanjaya should sing "Tequila"!!! Picture it -- Sanjaya standing center stage in a tight spotlight. He is wearing a cool "Zorro" hat (not a sombrero!) and you can't even really see his face. He is perfectly still. Then, the band comes in with all the great brass sound. Sanjaya remains still, except for ONE foot tapping along. This continues for approximately 85 seconds, and at the very end, he tilts his head up just enough to catch the light and casually says "Tequila". How much would that rock!
Seriously, if Sanjaya did that, he'd get my first votes in about two years... |

Or he says "Tequila" like they do when they whisper his name on "The Soup".

Please let Phil do a ballad b/c him trying to act sexy doing some uptempo latin number will literally cause projectile vomiting and my eyes to bleed.

Sanjaya needs to do Ricky Martin's She Bangs
That is my dream. |

Or take his shoes off, kneel on the floor and sing an emotional Eres Tu.

What's going to be even more fun to laugh at than Sanjaya "singing" Latin is the influx of noobs who will come in here tomorrow night after the show and post how genuinely shocked they are to see that J Ho was lip synching.

I hope someone does either "Dreaming of You" or "I Could Fall In Love" by Selena.
And I also hope someone sings a little bit in Spanish... (Hey, if BEYONCE can do it, anyone can!) |

I wanted Sanjaya to sing Shakira's "Hips Don't Lie", but I don't think that's happening.

Sanjaya needs to do Rico Suave. Phil needs to do something uptempo ;)
Please let those damn divas step out of their comfort zone for once. |

The divas could stay in their comfort zone and sing Ave Maria. It's definitely Latin.

Sanjaya needs to go old school...anything by Desi Arnaz would be fine. The Lady in Red, maybe? Babalu would be the best ever.
