The general rule for winning votes in the F2/3 is:
Strategic Skill > Social Skill > Challenge Skill > Survival or Providing Skill
(The only exception to that rule is ASS)
So,
If a strategic mastermind is in the F2/3, the strategic mastermind always win -- the strategic mastermind always beat all other types of players, i.e., social gamers, challenge hogs, and survivalists/providers.
If there is no strategic mastermind in the F2/3, then a social gamer beat challenge hogs and survivalist/providers.
If there is no strategic mastermind or social gamer in the F2/3, only then a challenge hog beat survivalists/providers can possibly win.
Generally speaking, all top strategic masterminds are males, while almost all of the past female winners are social gamers. Of course, strategic masterminds usually have some degree of social skill, but not always.
