While searching the vacation killer's hotel, Quinn stole a bunch of cash a drawer. Dexter was outside getting fresh air and saw him take the money. I believe this was the 2nd episode when Dexter couldn't remember where he put his latest victim's body. Dexter said "you're the least of my worries".
