That part totally turned me off. Do you know how much of that money actually makes it to help the children? Average of a dime on the dollar. The rest goes for administrative fees.While I'm sure that this is true I think its unfair to write off every organization and deny the work they do to help children and communities in third world countries.
I'm sure the song will resonate with all the soft hearts and bring in tons of donations when she sings it on IGB. Maybe it's just the cynic in me that turns me off about the song.
I will say that she has never sounded better and she finally got rid of the need to glory note in every single song. I think she has grown as an artist vocally and delivery wise so she is stepping in the right direction.
