Evan leaving the Kappa Tau's like that? I don't see it. I can't see him playing a joke like that on anyone period, that type of thing gets you jail time.
Seemed like he didn't think it would get jail time. I totally got him doing that if that's what he believed. He was losing his position in the frat, dealing with Cappie and Casey getting together, and needed to do something soon to get back to being respected. Evan's never been good being in a losing position so I can see him not thinking it through to get what he wanted. Bad move but I understood it.

I liked the episode but agree that it was a lot of drama. Setting up a lot for next season...in case people are interested, I will put some spoilers below (very brief because they're based on sides) for up to the 6th episode ...
