There is an automatic 16 points for "is immune" for any Galute.
"Is not voted out (10 points)" and "Does not receive a vote at Tribal Council (12 points)" should also apply to all not FoaFoas.
I'm going to stick with the higher points, but more iffy "Does not have a testimonial (28 points)".
