See, I didn't watch the show on Showtime when it first premiered. I just discovered it this summer when a friend let me borrow the first season on DVD. I
was hooked after the first episode. I immediately went out and bought seasons 2-4 on blu ray then downloaded this past season from isohunt right after that.
It's much easier to see the point in which Weeds really began its downhill tumble when you're watching episodes back to back to back within a month's time. Once U-Turn died and Nancy became involved with the Guillermo, it totally just killed it. The writers weren't quite sure where to go with this storylines or characters.
Doug & Andy as coyotes...really?
Andy in the army...really?
Silas opens his own business with Doug...really?
Silas hooks up with a cougar and deals out of a cheese shop...???
Celia kidnapped by Quinn and held for ransom? I mean...*rolleyes*
The show has gone off the deep end!
Regardless, I will still watch because Shane keeps me interested, Isabelle keeps me laughing and Celia...well, she just knows how to grab my attention and squeeze tight. LoL.
