I didn't think I'd get into True Blood but I loved it. China bought season one when it came out and suggested I watch.

I feel you about the waiting. I'm IMpatiently waiting for a lot of different shows to be released on DVD. And it's especially annoying when one of them is still airing (TB) which means it'll be an even longer time before I get to see that.

Waiting for a couple of seasons or more is good - I did that with Weeds, Dexter and CSI:NY. I liked knowing when I finished a season I could move on to the next, but then what happens... I finish all those up and still have to wait for the next to be released! Maybe I should wait to buy DVDs when the complete series is done so I have nothing to bitch about.
