There are a lot of reasons why somebody would put Debb all the way at the bottom of their list. Self-serious, bossy, fug ginger, inbred, step-son fucking hick, etc. All of that might be true, but Debb has a quality that many Survivor contestants lack and that is a little something I like to call ~realness~, ok? When Debb was voted off Survivor she was DEVASTATED. It fucking ruined her life (and her life wasn't that great to begin with, honestly) and she bared her soul to tell the story of that devastation. Never in my life have I been so uncomfortable watching a Survivor reunion as when she choked up describing the pure hell that had been unleashed upon her. She was humiliated by her early exit on Survivor and the amount of attention her personal life got in the media made her an uncomfortably raw near-suicidal wreck. Very sad and very unfair. Who hasn't wanted to fuck somebody they were kind of related to, amirite?! People can be so judgmental. And I think they got married so it was a holy union. Debb is still quite a pathetic figure in Survivor so she deserves this ranking, but she's also a *legend*, never forget that.

On Debb's personality: Debb comes off like a tough, no-nonsense chick, but not-so-deep-down under that firey mullet there is a fragile, innocent princess who just wants to be loved. So sad that what Debb thought was going to be an exciting adventure turned into a nightmare. Someone as raw and real as Debb should never go on reality television tbh.
On Debb's gameplay: Debb was under the impression that having skills and leadership qualities and a good work ethic would make her tribe want to keep her around. rofl at her naivete. Should've been prettier and more out of the way Debb.
On Debb's placement: Debb is probably the most infamous first boot EVER so there's no way I could ever leave her off the list, and my sympathy for her combined with her epic ~realness~ earned her this spot in the eighties despite her cringe-worthy patheticness.
