Wasn't he a really bad guy and when did he become a good guy?
Remember when he testified against the president and got Sarah exonerated?

What I don't understand is why Sarah would go to prison in this movie. If they were all exonerated from their crimes why wasn't Sarah? Doesn't make any sense, but it's Prison Break so I'll roll with it.
