They said on 60 minutes that kids should have to take a class and get a drinkers license like a drivers license, kids have to take a drivers ed type class and pass it to get the license and it can be taken away if they misuse it.

I do get the argument that kids go drink in their cars because they can't buy it legally, but that's the 14-18 crowd and they're also , not the college or just graduated crowd, that crowd goes to someones house to drink.
