Also, since you're not doing a Tocantins fanfic and mine would never get off the ground due to general laziness, I'll just post what I thought would go down.
First off, no first impressions twist and no exile island, although the HII was in play.
Episode 1: Timbira wins. Jalapao votes out Stephen for generally not fitting in and trying to scheme too much.
Episode 2: Timbira wins reward and kidnaps Spencer, who gives the HII clue to Debbie. Timbira then wins immunity and Taj is voted out as the two older moms duke it out to stick around, splitting the tribe and making Spencer the swing vote as the boys want Sandy and the girls want Taj.
Episode 3: Timbira wins reward and kidnaps Spencer again, who repeats giving Debbie the idol clue. Timbira wins immunity and boots Spencer for being too friendly with the other tribe and being too much of a schemer.
Episode 4: Timbira wins reward again and kidnaps Sandy this time, giving the clue to Debbie, who finally finds the idol. Jalapao finally wins immunity and on Timbira, Ben has gotten the four men together for a strength-alliance, bringing in Debbie as the fifth for her age making her easier to relate to than the girls. Then Erinn's bad attitude and weakness got her booted.
Episode 5: The tribes get swapped in even 6-6 splits, making Jalapao: Brendan, Candace, Carolina, Debbie, Jerry, Joe and Timbira: Ben, JT, Tyson, Sandy, Sierra, Sydney. Debbie finds the second HII and Jalapao wins immunity. Ben tries to pull JT into an alliance to boot the weak, but Joe sides with the three girls and boots Ben.
Episode 6: Jalapao wins reward and kidnaps Sydney, who gives the idol clue to her best friend Carolina. Jalapao wins immunity and Tyson works his charms on Sydney to keep himself around while Sierra gets the boot.
Episode 7: Timbira wins reward and kidnaps Joe, who gives the idol clue to his best friend JT. Timbira wins immunity and Jalapao votes off Joe after the original Timbiras realize they need to stick together and Brendan convinces Candace to stay on his side.
Episode 8: The tribes merge and become Krikati. Tyson wins immunity and the five original Timbiras unite to boot golden boy JT and make him the first jury member.
Episode 9: Brendan, Carolina, Sydney & Tyson win reward. Then Candace wins immunity and decides to flip to the remaining Jalapaos. Tyson convinces Debbie to give him an idol and plays it at TC, negating the four votes for him and eliminating Carolina, the Jalapao with the fewest connections.
Episode 10: Jerry wins reward and takes Debbie and Sandy with him. Tyson wins immunity and the other Timbiras go behind his back by booting his ally, Sydney in a 4-2-1 vote.
Episode 11: Tyson wins reward and takes his closest and most loyal allies, Brendan and Debbie. He then wins another immunity challenge. The tribe unites to boot the last original Jalapao, Sandy, and leave the final 5.
Episode 12: Tyson wins the car reward and takes Debbie with him, knowing how powerful her second idol is. Debbie then wins immunity and Tyson begs for the idol to protect himself, but she refuses and Tyson is unanimously booted as a threat.

Candace wins the final 3 challenge and boots Debbie to stay loyal to her ally, Brendan. In the jury vote, Brendan wins for being a stronger strategist and all-around nicer player.
