Depends right. I'm just looking at it by older women and what would maybe appeal to them.

Maybe Heroes, Life on the Moon, Avalanche, Permanent.

I'm just making the assumption based on the quality of his voice and the type of music (although it's a bit more generic than his indie stuff) he is making that is popular today (Nickleback for ex).

I could be wrong but I think he's got some staying power there. Dunno, time will tell right? I've been wrong MANY times before, I'm a modern Miss Cleo. image I've probably just cursed him. lulz.
