ESPECIALLY with the favorites losing the first challenge. there was NO way to know who ANY of the fans were. i really believe they thought the favorites would win and as a result we would learn about the fans through pre tribal and tribal interactions. i begged upon leaving the game to make the premiere on numerous occasions. i really felt that was a major reason pearl islands had the success it did, with the 90 minute premiere. also, as odd as you would think coming from me, there was TOO MUCH jonny fairplay on the first episode of micronesia. if it wasn't me talking it was someone talking about me. though my ego was stroked, i even thought it was too much fairplay. and on to episode two, still no development with mary even with her being the one voted out. i enjoyed watching gabon a million times more than micronesia. as a result gabon was my third favorite season in the history of the show. number one pearl islands, number two amazon. just my personal opinion based on character development.
So why is the production team so fucked up and out of touch lately?
