The movie wasn't about an established hero hence no established villain-Superman with no powered Lex Luthor was arguably worse
and Spidey three was awash in too many villains-(another bitched about movie). But this was a good "establish who the hero's are" First look movie and I liked all 4 leads-(counting the little boy).

Will Smith is really good in this. I guess we were just spoiled with how great Ironman and Batman were.
