It might've been a myspace post... but she said that she could go to med school or play Survivor again, and she'd already done Survivor once, while she couldn't not go to med school, so she chose to decline the offer.

And I'm pretty sure Peih-Gee posted here saying she was never offered a spot, but Courtney was. Even though they knew Peih-Gee went down as a fighter, I don't think Burnett knew how popular she'd become.
